They are beyond supportive and always willing to help make changes that benefit our processes. I would highly recommend using HiFlow for business operations. Pros There support and implementation team is outstanding. When choosing a new ERP system having a partner on your side is critical and HiFlow certainly delivers. Cons With 4 facilities we are not able to have a centralized database to make changes between companies. They are working on this though and through Power BI and other reporting all information is accessible so just a slight con. It was also too complicated for the average office user. They are available to answer our questions and even though we made the conversion in \[sensitive content hidden\], we still have weekly meetings with our project managers so we can ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and make improvements to the system. Pros What I like most about HiFlow is that we could configure it to create a solution that meets our needs and those of our customers. We were assigned two project managers who provided excellent service before, during and after the implementation. They have many developers on staff that are available to make changes to the configuration as needed. I also really like the reporting and dashboards which provide excellent visibility on the day-to-day operations of our business. Cons HiFlow is very flexible but complex at the same time. It has taken our team a while to set up and understand the system. With any change, there is a learning curve for everyone. Pros In hiflow are many modules which are necessay in modern printing house company. It's some kind of all in one product. Cons First of all you need a strongly determinded team to implement sofware, because not everything is simple. IT team should be determined to set the system for you demands. For example i didn't like the configuration of production normatives which are really complicated and they can't be defined exacly for selected product or order - you have to choose one normative from implemented, you can't just type 10000 pieces / hour and 1 hour set up time. Not cool. Second - JDF compatibility - probably it need to be developed - we made some test and nothing is working corectly yet . Compatibility with other programs are limited.
