Pros

Registro de reuniones y documentos asociados, firma electrónica de actas de comités y directorios, manejo fácil de usuarios desde el administrador, Blue Book que resume todos los documentos de la reunión, helpdesk muy reactivo mediante el chat. Lo recomiendo para empresas que tienen un mayor nivel de auditoria de su gobernanza, brinda más formalidad, orden y transparencia (versus usar un google drive o algo similar).

Cons

Podría ser más accesible en costos y además no cobrar usuarios de 5 en 5 sino de 1 en 1. Los documentos por cada item de la agenda podrían ser un poco más fácil de visualizar por los usuarios a nivel de UX, pero es un detalle (el Blue Book lo compensa).

Nos ha aportado gobierno corporativo y dando ese nivel profesional.Anteriormente todo lo teniamos aislado, en documentos dispersos y con falta de control y acceso.

Pros

Este software supero nuestras expectativas, nos permite realizar las sesiones de manera organizada, dar seguimiento a los acuerdos y tener toda la información centralizada y en la nube. Nos permite realizar rastreabilidad sobre los acuerdos tomando en las sesiones , realizar votaciones, seguridad en los documentos.

Cons

Ninguno, todo fue muy claro y fácil de implementar.

Praticidade e usabilidade do Portal Atlas.

Cons

colocar o usuário colocar em cada reunião antiga. Ex: entrou um colaborador novo na área de governança, para ele ter acesso ao histórico, temos que incluir ele em todas os boards antigos.

Pros

A plataforma é bem intuitiva, sendo bastante fácil o uso pelos usários.

Cons

Falta algumas funcionalidades e automações, mas tenho percebido melhoras a cada atualização. O preço ainda é impeditivo para um uso generalizado pelas empresas.
