Pros Sounded user friendly and compliant at a decent price point. Cons The complete inability to get customer service help when the system failed to log me in after 4 months of having the zohosign. Customer service is non existent I have waited almost a week for zohosign to resolve my issue to no avail. It is intuitive, allows us to create multiple types of contracts or documents that we require Additionally, you can personalize your form documents quickly. Zoho Sign make it easy to ratify documents thus striking deals quickly. It keeps a record of signed documents and provide unmatched protection to our sensitive documents which enable to transact securely even across different timezones. Cons Because they lack compatibility with custom fields from our CRM we really struggle to extract them.It give us limited possibility to make font and size changes when creating a template, so it makes the process at the end for customizing the document very cumbersome. Again when When customizing contracts, there are many changes in font, size and spacing. We therefore waste a lot of time arranging the document. Even though the support team tried to help, the problem persists. Pros It's simple, it's integrated into Zoho Contracts and Zoho Books and it allows us to send out contracts much faster to clients. Through predefined fields I can send out documents for signing with a few clicks and Zoho Sign does the rest. Very convenient if you have lots of documents. Cons We use a different locale (German) so I have not found a way to set this locale as standard for preexisting fields. Pros It's easy to use and the software actually kind of walks users through the signing process which is so nice! No more phone calls explaining all the steps myself! Another thing I liked was that the signature can be placed in several different places on the document. Zoho sign has a free plan available and offers several templates. Cons The software itself is easy to use but when adding a third party app or transferring documents out it turns into a nightmare. Also there is no option to send an email link to the document and the audit trail can be annoying to access and attach. Sign, send and receive documents. Have all my templates and signed docs stored in one place. Pros Easy and intuitive to use (though I have the benefit of having worked with a similar software before, so transferring knowledge was easy). Does what it's supposed to in a stress-free way. Adds tons of value to my business. It's a part of the Zoho One Suite, which means I was already paying for it for other reasons, so in a manner of speaking it's free. Cons Not many cons, aside from the fact I found it so late. I was a Zoho One customer for 3 or 4 months before finding Zoho sign to replace the last (free) software I used to do the same thing.
