FLiiP is solving a lot of the day-to-day operational headaches that come with running a fitness business. It centralizes scheduling, billing, client communication, and performance tracking all in one platform. That saves me time, reduces administrative errors, and lets me focus more on delivering a great experience to our members. It also helps improve client retention and makes it easier to track progress and growth.

Pros

What I like best about FLiiP is how complete and intuitive it is. It’s a powerful tool that offers a lot of possibilities, making it easy to manage everything in one place. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and truly supports the growth of a fitness business. I highly recommend it!

Cons

There isn’t much I truly dislike about FLiiP, but like any software, there’s always room for small improvements. Occasionally, I find that certain features could be a bit more customizable or streamlined. That said, the support team is responsive, and updates are frequent, so I feel confident that the platform keeps evolving in the right direction.

at first, because the French software was easier for my staff to understand, and after, the relationship Fliip create with you, helping you along the way, explaining and even understanding your problem, adapting and evolving is really a great reason to stay with them.

There seem to be 2 main guys there that really know what's going on and have been there from the beginning - they're stretched too thin and the other support staff are new or still getting trained. The product has too many "little workarounds" you need to be informed about and that aren't documented in the knowledge base. The online chat support does not know all the ins and outs and small workarounds of the software - only the main 2 guys do. The lack of support, multi day turnaround and poor user interface from the member side is not what any quality gym would choose to offer their members. I hope this review helps anyone considering this software. I sincerely hope Fliip increases their support staff, improves their user (member) side interface, and updates their online knowledge base.

Pros

There are tons of functionality features packed into the software. Online hosting of the software is good - software is fast.

Cons

The customer support is understaffed. The majority of support is online chat and a the software has several \*bugs . I'm waiting 2 weeks to get an UPDATE (not a fix) about why automated emails are not working for my trial customers. The online knowledge base is incomplete and leaves no other option besides waiting on support chat. Because there's no voice call or video call readily available any bugs you tell them about have to be videoed by you to send through the chat or email - super inefficient and very time consuming. As a result of the above, lots of \*glitches in the software or small workaround solutions that take multiple days to get communicated to you.

Before knowing Fliip, I was using an other software that did much less for my business. Now everything is centralized, accounting, communication, schedule management, customers, everything. I save time and I can take care of my clients even more. Fliip is the heart of my business management.

Pros

Honestly, Fliip greatest strength is listening to us, their customers. I don't feel like a number and I have the impression that they are doing everything to help us as much as possible. The response time is immediate and I always have someone from the Fliip team who is ready to help me. Also, Fliip keeps evolving and seems like every new option is a big help for my business. I feel like the owners of fliip are reading my mind and made the best management software for me. The software is easy to use for me, my employees and my customers. I have never had any bad comments.

Cons

I would love to write something, but whenever I needed an improvement and talked to the Fliip team about it, they worked on the changes. I wouldn't say no to a good referral system for my clients though, but I know he's working on it right now.

Kind of the same answer as the last one, I felt I could count on Fliip to help me. I felt confident and had more difficulty getting responses from other companies. I have the impression that Fliip wants to help me in my success while the others were more interested in selling me their software than understanding my needs.

Some reports are not accurate and misleading. For example, a client says INACTIVE for 10 days, but the were registered last week.

Pros

Fliip is easy to use and reliable, but most of all the customer support is top-rated!

Cons

There are some bugs once in a while that need looking into, but the system is still new so it's understandable. Looking forward to also seeing some more advanced features like waitlists for sessions.

Incontournable, je l’utilise chaque jour et je ne pourrais pas faire autrement pour faire rouler la business tout seul.Automatisation email, paiements, gestion des membres, programme de référencement, page FB, etc.. trop pratique.

Pros

Tout est à un endroit, paiement, abonnement, membres, accès, automatisation email, etc..Tout est présent et tout est facile d’utilisation.Le service est super rapide et très compétent.Pratiquement tout les automatisation sont déjà fait. Sauve énormément de temps et de problème.

Cons

2 petits points.1. L’intégration de l’agenda à google pour avoir accès rapidement au rendez-vous, sans devoir se reconnecter sur la plateforme chaque fois. Et parce que qu’il n’y a pas d’alarme ou de reminder des rendez-vous pour l’employé. Exemple notification sur le cell. Plus, les rendez-vous, exemple pour un entrepreneur occuppé, ne sont pas synchroniser avec d’autre agenda. Je pense qu’une intégration serais très utile.2. La partie achat de service sur la version mobile doit être optimisé. Le design est mélangeant, quand tu as plusieurs service similaire avec différent forfait et moyen de paiement. Je crois que déjà, le design sur l’horizontale, serais beaucoup mieux. Laissant ainsi plus de place au contenu de chaque service. En ce moment, c’est un peu « jam pack ».
