I had used the chat support and attended Delenta's webinars which allow for dialog and demos of features. This level of support is amazing and shows me how much they believe in this product.

Pros

Firstly, I love the support from Delenta staff they are incredibly kind. Secondly, one of my favorite things about the system is the customizable profile/landing page. To be able to add my branding and voice for potential and existing clients to choose what they desire from me. The system also has so much flexibility to show pro bono coaching versus paid and individual vs group vs course content. It can really do anything that current coaches are involved with their practice.

Cons

I'm having a hard time coming up with a least likeable trait here. There are so many features that allow for the utmost customization from packages, adding forms, and creating courses.

Delenta is a powerful and well‑designed platform that’s clearly built with coaches and consultants in mind. The system setup is intuitive, user‑friendly, and flexible enough to support you from the startup phase all the way through scaling your practice. The overall usability is excellent, making it easy to manage clients, sessions, and content in one centralized place. One of Delenta’s strongest features is its customer service. Support is responsive, accessible, and genuinely helpful—often getting back ASAP. I especially appreciate the ability to chat with someone directly while on the site or book time with a team member who will walk you through questions step by step. That level of hands‑on support makes a huge difference. From a value perspective, Delenta is amazing for the price. The number of features, combined with strong support, makes it a high‑value investment for career coaches and consultants.

Cons

Because Delenta offers so many functions, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially for new users. More structured user guides, particularly short video walkthroughs, would make onboarding even smoother and help users get up to speed faster. One additional feature request is the ability to add multiple email recipients to calendar appointments, which would be helpful when working with assistants, co‑coaches, or corporate clients. also, be able to edit images directly for size.

There are so many aspects of Delenta I like. I love the customization of our site and the ease of use it provides. She has helped us tremendous along the way with any questions, or feedback we had. \[sensitive content hidden\] is thoughtful, kind and efficient. Delenta's help guide is also very useful and well put together. I use it often. If i need a quick answer I can't find in the guide I refer to the chat bot. Lastly, features such as reports gives us insight into metrics and where we can improve or grow.

Cons

I actually struggled to think of what I don't like about Delenta. Perhaps, more accessibility as an enterprise user to edit sessions on our coach's behalf.

It has been very good overall. I was able to use the chat function and select webinars to get assistance when I needed it, and integrate it with my website. All of the functions have worked well, and I have not had any major challenges. It definitely makes my life as a coach easier!

Pros

I like the integrations and the ability to tailor it to my needs. It helps me provide a good customer experience for my clients, and makes the administrative portion of my job much easier.

Cons

I would like to be able to better see what the customers are experiencing...I think I would like to receive a copy of everything they receive (or at least have that as an option). Some things are not intuitive...the profile page for example...you can navigate the basics, but I think there is an opportunity to make it much better, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Delenta platform and the customer success team. So much that I've convinced other coaches to join and they're experiencing success with the ease of use for the platform.

Pros

I love that Delenta offers a great value for all the resources and integrations. It's truly designed for the coach looking to scale. Their professional development, client/customer support and investment in your success as a human and a business is a coach's dream come true.

Cons

Hard to say. In the beginning I wanted more integrations for the tools I already use, like FloDesk, but that's been solved with the addition of Zapier.

Delenta has given me a single point of coach/client communications, billing, and coach session bookings. I place the client can go to view their account, see how many sessions they have left in their package, review notes/goals, and to access resources that have been assigned to them.

Pros

The number one thing is the single client to payment process. The ease in creating coaching/mentoring packages, being able to update the coach profile easily, and the integrated CRM with automatic email sending.

Cons

Marketing automations options need to be improved.

Very good so far and excited to see what comes next!

Pros

I've been using this product now for around 9 months as part of my life coaching business. It's calendar, payment solution and note taking features are all things I could find solutions for (free or paid) separately however that's not the value of this product in my opinion. The best thing about Delenta is that it brings together all the things I need to manage my coaching business / my client interactions into one platform. At year end, I know it will also help me manage my tax return as I will have all my coaching calls organised in one place for my accountant to review accordingly.

Cons

I am one of the earlier users of the platform and so when I first joined, there were some things that the platform wasn't able to do. Having said that, the team has been very responsive to suggestions and within the 9 months I've been using the platform, several of my suggestions have been implemented and the team are very open about their development pipeline for new features and upgrades. The biggest thing I'm waiting for is the Delenta app which is expected imminently!

Overall it has been really positive and I don't recommend very much at all. I am happy to recommend Delenta because of the team behind the platform and the development they have undertaken to date. I have recommended it to many coaches who have gone on to sign up.

Pros

Behind the software is a fantastic team. Over the past 9 months that I have been using the software, I have seen huge changes and development being undertaken by the team at Delenta. I will be the first to admit that when I started using it, there were a number of things I did not like but over this time not only have these been changed but a whole host of additional functionality has been added and the team are really responsive to user feedback. I can't imagine using any other software now.

Cons

There were some things I didn't like which have been ironed out and I am excited for the future. I am waiting for the mobile app to be released which I believe is coming very soon and that would really take this software to the next level. I am also excited once they launch their own course platform and integrate the system with Quickbooks however, there is nothing about the software that is a deal-breaker right now and it can only get better.

Delenta helps to streamline the customer:coach journey and creates either a private or communal space for tasks, shared resources/files and appointments. Selling and onboarding clients is simplified and all the data is in one place. The Delenta Team are great to work alongside; responsive, invested and passionate about making the product the best it can be.

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and intuitive to use. For me, the best features of Delenta are the client portal and the self-booking calendar system; empowering the client to take control of their coaching journey and reducing the back and forth for booking appointments. Coaching packages can be advertised and sold through the Coach Profile or you can create specific URLs for each package to promote each one independently - and link to from your social ads. The system handles 1:1 and group coaching so you can create online appointments with 1 or multiple attendees. There is a great community behind Delenta and you are actively encouraged to contribute to the development roadmap and collaborate with the team. The customer support is also second to none.

Cons

It would be good to have a multi-user licence.

Reason for choosing Delenta

It's specific to the industry, fit for purpose and on a development path that should see it fast become the best option out there for coaching professionals.

Pros

Everything a coach needs in one place. When building a coaching business it's easy to get sucked into the online tech jungle - so many options, so much to learn. Delenta takes that headache away by offering the fundamental tools in one straight forward to use place.

Cons

Currently it only integrates with Mailchimp. I hope for a future integration with ActiveCampaign and other popular email marketing systems

The team to begin with. From the time I started with the trial period, I was very impressed. I could see immediately where I would be able to streamline so many facets of my Coaching business that were scattered across different apps and platforms.

Cons

Honestly nothing so far that's a deal breaker. I would love to see more apps integrated the way Zoom is, for example Discord, as I also use Discord as a community hub for my clients.

With Pensight I had to make a unique coupon code for each client so they could "sign up" for those included services — and they had to do it every month. Aside from all the invisible administrative heavy lifting and support, the customer service is awesome. They are super responsive to your queries and you feel seen and valued.

Pros

There's a really long to-do checklist when onboarding a client and most of this is just critical administrative work but what I've found through Delenta is a platform that takes away the stress of everything (automatically) leaving you with the time and energy to do the most important work - coaching your client! It's the coach's best friend!

Cons

The cost is a bit on the high end for a coach now starting out but affordability varies from one person to another.

Delenta takes all the bits in my coaching business that I don’t want to spend time doing and systemises them. It frees up my time to focus on helping my clients rather than getting bogged down in admin and repetitive tasks.

Like anything with technology there is always a bit of a learning curve but with the great Delta message bots and also the great customer service with real people. They will do everything they can in their power to help you get the answers you need.

Pros

It’s a great all in one package. I love that you can have the discovery call and lead form set up. I love the calendar I love that you can create various packages and they can be link to zoom or Google meet. And have a form attached. I love that yuou can have a coaching agreement attached to the package. I love that it integrates with stripe. I love that sessions can be logged for ICF. I love that it’s a CRM. I love that it has its own APP - as I am not tech savvy. The customer support is far greater than I expected. And wouldn’t imagine any other company to be better. They are about to do a massive upgrade to Delenta-i, so i am looking forward to even more improvements.

Cons

The only downside at the moment is, i need to export my clients completed forms in CSV format to sheets or excel and i dont know how to make it look readable.

### "Delenta is a coach’s best friend"

Very happy with my decision to partner with Delenta. I did very thorough research on the best platforms in the market and was won over by the personal touch their team takes and their consistently quick response anytime I have a question or tech issue.

Pros

There’s so much to like about the platform. Having everything I do as a coach in one place was a game changer for me. I also appreciate the multiple ways I can stay connected to my clients between sessions. And many clients have told me that they really appreciate having the practices, exercises and resources I share with them organized in one place.

Cons

Delenta does a great job of frequent updates based on feedback and suggestions. So many pain points have been addressed. Right now I think the calendar integration can be improved with more options around buffers between sessions.
