Free access to any area that we wanted (without the ability to export). The implementation was very quick and any IT issues or customer service questions were address right away. Pros The hard work and scrubbing are already done when I receive the export shipment details. This takes all the hard work out of using the report. Cons We are not able to see a breakout of LCL/FCL shipments on import US data. Reason for choosing Trademo Intel Trademo was less expensive and we liked the ability to request changes to the platform which are really taken seriously. They seem to like the ability to provide updates to their platform provided by actual users. The Google like experience that Trademo provides is top notch and such a step up. Pros We like Trademo as a logistics company because we have a big data base with very usefull filters that allows us to search more specifics operations and it gives us the information to get the first contact with the company and take the chance of close new business. Cons Sometimes, when you look for a specific contact, Trademo gives you a contact but may be not the one that you're looking for. Review Source MJ Madison J. " July 26, 2022 3.0 The export feature and lack of information within it. Pros I liked being able to download the shipments and have them for the future. Cons The export feature can be majorly improved - the reason for purchasing the software was to obtain data on the exports and there is none found, or the information is not relevant. We find ourselves using it very often. Pros The user interface is very friendly. It's easy to understand the data being presented to you. Cons When exporting shipments, you can only export a maximum of 75,000 at a time. Trademo deals in genuine data which is essential for business planning. If the data is not correct it may mislead.
