Pros I like the customization of the app. It's pretty much an all-in-one app without having to pay for additional add-ons that end up driving up the cost of the CRM. Cons The demo was way too fast in regards to showing us exactly how it works, sure we got an overall overview and hit the main points, but I can see so many more options that we did not go over. Absolute time saver and gives me peace of mind as a business owner. Pros Contractor+ is really an all in one space for businesses to keep track of everything. I’ve been messing with it for about a month now and have now moved my business over to it from another platform. Pros I love how easy it is to create quotes and turn them into a job. Then, it shows up on a teammates schedule so that they can add their time clock specific to a job or task. Cons There’s not much to dislike. I wish the financing solution for clients was a little more friendly to new companies. The requirements that they have are achievable but are not immediately available to new businesses. I also had a hard time verifying but again i think this was because this is a new business. Cons Like any software it takes time to setup and to get used to using regularly. My problem is and has always been squeezing out even a few extra minutes for any reason. The ability to import my contracts and adapt them for use is a great feature as well. Cons Need more selections to adopt when creating contracts and other paperwork. I recommend for anyone not wanting to spend tons of money and for someone who isn't very tech savvy. Pros I like how you can separate each estimate on one single estimate pdf. It is really helpful and keeps me organized. Cons I wish that when I clicked on clients estimates it did not show me everyone elses lined up. I wish it felt more like a portal for each client.
