I love the fact that LinkedIn makes me connect with my colleagues. It makes hiring process easy for employers. It has a very strong security system.

Cons

The cons about LinkedIn is that the platform too bans users account without a reasonable reason. Every other things about it is fine

My experience with this system has been fairly good so far. It's like a Facebook for work and it's pretty great.

Pros

Pros is that LinkedIn for Business is easy to use and the Hiring Process is made very easy as well and it's fast.

Cons

The Cons with this is that you do get a lot of messages of recruiters looking to recruit anyone it seems like.

Very easy to connect with people. Layout simple and easy to use. Tool tips help a lot. The games are a fun way to compete "professionally".

Cons

The fact it reverts to "top" instead of "newest" posts without me clicking on that option. Set a default!

Because I used this app to expand my network, my overall experience with LinkedIn was very positive ! . My profile helps me demonstrate my experience and credentials. It is a nice app for jobseekers to find a perfect job for them. Numerous employers and employees, including myself, regard LinkedIn as a reliable and professional application. I would recommend this app to everyone I know.

Pros

LinkedIn Jobs is an excellent app for employers due to its extensive network. It's a must-have for job seekers because the majority of its features are free. When it comes to premium features, it costs a lot. It's simple to use and use to apply for jobs. The LinkedIn app is an excellent tool that allows employers to monitor, evaluate, and converse with candidates.

Cons

The fact that companies may view your profile and hire or reject you based on appearance rather than qualifications is the one thing I do have a problem with. Their customer support team is not that helpful, therefore improvement is needed.

Pros

I love LinkedIn because its the Facebook version of connecting with professionals. I get pretty much all of my business leads using LinkedIN. I have used the premium and sales navigator but I use the organic approach by sending messages and connecting with potential clients

Cons

I don't like how you have to purchase sales navigator to see a broad range of business leads, when you don't use sales navigator they limit your reach of clients and one time they locked me out of my account because I was sending messages and connections at a fast pace and they accused me of using both software which wasn't true at all

Pros

I enjoy being able to connect globally and learn crom so many different businesses and walks of life. The structure is always professional and is less dramatic than other social feeds.

Cons

Once Microsoft bought the platform it became very rigid and monetized. Now I'm seeing a lot of content that belongs on lower class social media platforms and lots of bot engagements with Ai written dribble.

Linked in is very easy to use and it is very easy to connect with others in your field or find others that are not and are looking to be.

Pros

Reliable source of information, it guarantees the best from skilled personnel. Security is of essence and it allows searching any information with it giving recommendations for speed. Accessing job opportunities becomes easy and at least very safe and more real.

Cons

As long as you keep the proper guidelines it is all easy to use this platform for better ways and great advantages.
