Pros I’m able to have a way to perform diagnostic exams and share them with a reading physician. Cons The worksheets are not easy to use and there is no way to communicate concerns with the reading physician or build trust. Given our multiple locations, referring providers, and reading physicians this platform is perfect for our group. Pros The customized reports and the turn around of the team is 2nd to none. I have worked on many PACS systems including Braintree and Medstreaming. Emsow is superior to any and all PACS systems I have used in the past 16 years. Cons As with all platforms there are errors that occur and sometimes the system goes down. However, these issues are few and far between. Reasons for choosing EMSOW Emsow's tech team and administrators \[sensitive content hidden\] sealed the deal. They are all professional and very efficient in their roles. I can get help after normal business hours and also on the weekend. The administrators are directly involved and have always helped us resolve any issues that arise. Emsow is a great PACS systems especially for specialty imaging.
