How organized it is and very easy management. the designs are really good and calm colors, I loved it.

Eden serves its purpose for what we currently need. There are some UI/UX things that I wish were different but those are all things that can be improved!

Pros

I like the check in and check out feature button that you can integrate with Slack. When you open up Eden I also like the side bar that pops out rather than opening to a whole new web page.

Cons

There are too many notifications and sometimes it does not feel user friendly to open up the check in page to fill out the questionnaire.

Eden has been an integral to the safety of our office. From contact tracing to knowing who will be in the office and when, Eden has been more valuable than we initially imagined. Both teams in NYC and Romania use it too, so it is nice that both offices can be on one platform.

Pros

The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency for administrators and users alike.

Cons

Not much to think of. When an issue has come up, the problem does not inhibit the function of the platform as a whole.

Reason for choosing Eden Workplace

We chose Eden because it would be less work on our end. Eden organizes the office sign-ups and compiles weeks in a way that is very easy to check. Had we used G suite or Survey Monkey, it would be more leg work to keep entries organized.

Awesome. It has make it a much more easier arriving to the office, it takes me less than 5 minutes to reserve and check in

I like the fact that we can integrate Eden into our Slack account and be able to reserve a Spot ,

Cons

It takes a lot to do a check in once I have selected a time and date to be booked.

I plan the in-office events for my company and use Eden primarily to track who will be in the office or who came in the past. It's super helpful for planning purposes! I also love that there's an app!

We started going into the office in person and being a start up, it's a limited space. Eden was introduced to us just when our office opened up , it's been very convenient to reserve desk spaces online (desktop/ mobile) minutes before going into the office. You can see where everyone is sitting, you can see which seats have a monitor vs not. I love it for what it can do.

Pros

I like how fast it is to reserve a desk online, good reminder system.

Cons

none so far. I've been able to reserve and cancel reservations without an issue.
