But I do with it had more integrations with other social planning programs. However, for scheduling posts and viewing layout, it's a great tool. Pros I like the ability to schedule posts ahead of time and plan content for instagram and facebook while viewing the feed layout. Cons I wish it had more capabilities - potentially an integration with Canva or Chat GPT. I also wish it could integrate with Meta Ads to view performance on paid content. I have had problems posting video stories since the beginning of using the app. I schedule them but they never appear. Messages to customer service lead to nothing. Either they don't answer, or they make you try endlessly, or they keep asking the same questions. Meanwhile, I don't use the app anymore either because it's completely unreliable. A refund of the annual subscription is all I want. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work. I'm not sure if they were purchased by someone else in the past 18 months or if they just shifted to a profit-only model but the experience has been only negative for quite some time. Pros The calendar view is the only good feature of Planoly Cons The price, the features, the web interface has been glitchy for 18+ months, support is not informed of feature changes, auto posting is unreliable and has errors that surface during the posting and not during the drafting - wasting time and resources and often missing posts. I love Metricool. It does everything Planoly does but better and for cheaper. Why wouldn't I go with that? Pros I like the aesthetic and functions. They are the basic functions needed. Cons The price was high and the features were pretty basic. There are much better programs and software out there for this that work so much better. I don't make comments on the internet, but here I feel helpless. Pros The programme works perfectly in the trial version. Cons I purchased a membership for a year for $257.14 the program has stopped working and there is no contact with support. They are not responding to my requests about problems and how to fix them. It's a visual planning powerhouse and a tool that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your Instagram but also simplifies the entire content creation process. Highly recommended! Five stars! Pros Maintaining a visually appealing aesthetic is crucial for content management, and Planoly's grid view has become my secret weapon in achieving that. The ability to plan my posts in a grid layout provides a bird's eye view of how my posts will appear on the feed. This especially comes in handy when I want t stick to a specific color palette.
