It is so helpful for me to understand my pay (see by gross income, how much I worked, how much I pay in taxes and benefits, etc.). This is extremely helpful for me to better budget my personal finances. Pros I love using the ADP app to check my pay details every pay period and to refer to in between pay periods. My favorite feature is the statement views! I love being able to have all my statements in one place that I can access at any time. I also enjoy how it clearly and visually breaks down how much your gross income was (base pay, overtime, overtime unit number, overtime rates), where it was all allocated (taxes, benefits, retirement), and how much your take-home was. It also houses my work tax documents so it really is a one-stop shop for all things pay! Cons Once there was an update where I was unable to access any of my statements which lasted for a bit until the next update came out. They're customer support is terrible and always slow at getting answers back on support tickets. Pros The app makes it easy to find pay stubs, tax docs and request time off. Cons I don't like the fact that you can't upload documents or e-sign docs to your employee profile using the mobile app. Switched from [ADP TotalSource](https://www.capterra.com/p/113109/ADP-TotalSource/) We stayed with in ADP but upgraded to the better version of it.
