Global support is always there, and I'm fairly convinced that the security is robust. Pros Streamline makes it easy to set up and run a payroll system. ADP's global reach means that it can offer multiple languages in its support centres, as well as in the application itself. It is very customisable to fit your actual setup. Cons The interface (while much better than its predecessor) can look a little dated. The reports in the app are a little limited, but it can export to Excel which I always prefer to use to generate reports. Switched from [ADP Workforce Now](https://www.capterra.com/p/155895/WorkforceNow/) The old system (ADP Freedom) looked like it dated from Windows 3.1 and it was also quite hard to use. We do hourly payroll every week, so we use this every week Pros Our account manager \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is excellent. Anytime we have any issues he is always there to help get everything back on track. Not only did they paid us with a great account manager, but the payroll interphase in ADP is simple and easy to use. Cons I don't think I have something that I don't like about payroll in adp. Our employees are able to punch in and out through an ADP pin number in order to get paid in a timely manner. Cons The only downfall about this software is when employees do not remember to wait the 3 minutes in between visits when clocking in and out. ADP Payroll nearly meets this for us, and when we do have to call them, things get resolved quickly. They add features carefully, expanding the platform without causing problems. Cons There are complications and misdirection-worded statements when employee try to acquire their W2s that causes confusion, but not access problems.
