Now I have wrote a message on the chat and it's been two days with no answer. The problem I have: the embed video code of their site is broken on some of my video. So now my website have broken videos. They play, but some have a fisheye effect. The videos on Adilo are fine but the embed fonction creates weird videos. So now my future clients sees how bad my videos are... Pros No recurring payment. The only good thing about their plan is that they have a lifetime plan, otherwise it is not worth it. Cons Unsupportive team. Worst I have ever to deal with. After reporting a problem I had no answer from them. It's been days and even in the chat they do not reply. Dann die Funktion innerhalb von Adilo selbst dort eine Videocommunity aufzubauen und dadurch noch mal weitere Menschen zu erreichen, finde ich eine gute Sache. Cons Ein Nachteil vielleicht ist, dass Adilo bei den großen Webseitenanbietern in der Funktion beim Einbau von Videos nicht mit angegeben wird und du mit dem HTML Code etwas experimentieren musst, bis es passt. So I sent them a Cancellation and Refund request via email. No news.Few days later, I had a chat with someone or something (bot?) asking why they don't reply to cancelation requests, only to get the answer that they refund ONLY when there's a problem they can't fix!This is a joke!After asking me several questions (without having the right to do so, that's the money back guarantee), she (or it) made me an "upgrade" proposal. I denied as my purpose wasn't to get "more" but to cancel my account and get my money back.No answer. I tried again. No answer. The lady (or the bot) just disappeared. After a while, the chat closed the conversation due to the "user inactivity"!!! Another joke!Of course the script from the conversation is still missing even though I chose it in the settings.If you know what to do and you have few bucks to spend, then think about it.If you don't have money to lose, just look elsewhere. The actual platform, I haven't had a great experience with Adilo. It has poor performance. Most of the time, you have to reload and constantly click before the page renders, which is across all browsers.It's not to be compared to Vimeo because the quality does not come close, not even by a mile. I like that the co-founder is ambitious to create. However, Adilo lacks focus on perfecting the basics because the basic functionalities and core functions have the most bugs. It's a lifetime deal. However, I would've canceled if it had been a monthly subscription. I believe Adilo has potential. However, potential is only a possibility.With Adilo, time will tell. It was a lifetime deal; therefore, it's a low risk. Therefore, I don't feel that I've lost much except time trying to get the basic functionalities to load or work. It's time-consuming and frustrating. It's the experience that made me appreciate Vimeo and another LTD I purchased (Gumlet), so I don't mind the monthly expense of Vimeo. Therefore, priorities are in no order.Onboarding is not good. Every time I log in, it takes me through a loop as if I'm new and just onboarding. I've brought this to their attention.Many corners were cut - bad development and lack of quality coding back-end, thus the subpar experience.
