They respond quickly to questions and help create my website. Pros The ability to upload my live recorded videos right away to my on-demand library. The customer support from Arketa has been excellent. Cons The one thing I feel I am missing the most in transfer over software is loading in clients' previous number of classes from the old platform. I want to be able to celebrate milestones (50 class, 100 class) but for anyone who started with us before this platform, we don't have their number of classes recorded on this software. I have a demographic that has a difficult time in social settings so Arketa has provided me a way to still offer healing services to everyone and anyone and also at a budget-friendly rate.
