### "Ecotrak and Del Taco"

Since our beginning with Ecotrak, the facilities department has been able to gain more insight into the state of our locations. We can review trends with equipment and vendors to change what is needed to ensure we are progressing and traveling down the right path. We have the ability to create reports that aid us in our decision-making processes. We can more easily move from service request creation to invoice approval with the necessary information all in one platform. The system has enabled us to work closely with other departments and provide them the information they need from us with ease. We have been able to more efficiently help our field OP’s teams with their issues and get them resolved rapidly. All in all, we have become more efficient with this system.

Pros

The Ecotrak system has allowed us the ability to customize the platform to work for our needs and requirements and not the other way around. The adaptability of this platform allows us to not only enhance our processes but gives us the ability to change these processes when it is necessary with little effort.

Cons

As with any software platform, there have been several glitches that have created more work for our department. That being said, the system has never inhibited our ability to ensure service for our locations.

Reason for choosing Ecotrak Facility Management Software

It was determined, from what I have learned since being onboarded, that our department felt Ecotrak was the simplest platform for our OP's partners to manage and it was also customizable to our requirements.

### "The best Facility Management Software on the market "

Overall it has been a positive experience that has saved me tons of time and money. I've received some of the best support from Ecotrak.

Pros

Ecotrak is incredibly valuable for my facilities and construction teams to place and track service requests. I've used several CMMS systems in my career and Ecotrak is the most operator friendly system. The system tracks facility equipment, service providers and spend across all my locations. Ecotrak helps me organize and manage over 1,000 work orders and locations a week. My service providers love working in the app and are not charged for using the system.

Cons

My company took awhile to switch from Service Channel to Ecotrak however, the implementation team made it such an easy, seamless transition. I wish I would have made the switch sooner!

### "Not what was advertised"

Dismal, labor intensive, and now I am extremely angry that we are being told we must now pay per invoice for a system that was supposed to be free for vendors.

Pros

Well if it did what it is supposed to do, it would really be cool. I can completely understand the appeal of being able to track warranty information and keep track of your maintenance.

Cons

Here is the big problem for customers using Ecotrak. For a service that is supposed to track warranty, it is too limited to be truly useful. You see, each vendor is only allowed to enter one warranty term. I guess there are some vendors who can offer a single warranty term for ALL the products they offer, but most vendors just can't. So here we are entering stuff into Ecotrak because our customer asked us to do so, and all of it is pretty much meaningless. Hey if we could enter in the correct warranty term for an item we sold them today, that would be so awesome, but no. Multiple items on the same invoice could each have different warranties you see. So all of this warranty tracking work is pretty much useless. Another big issue? The supposed labor savings are not as significant as advertised because now a lot of the labor has been delegated to vendors and to operations personnel who now must spend hours sitting at a desk typing stuff into Ecotrak instead of running the restaurants. For vendors, we must expend a LOT more labor to maintain the Ecotrak system. We have to train people to use Ecotrak. Most of our customers don't use Ecotrak thank goodness, but it is a pain that all Ecotrak invoices require special handling. Supporting Ecotrak also inhibits our own efforts to further automate our own processes. And now, as if all of this weren't bad enough now Ecotrak wants us to pay them $1 an invoice in return for all of this? Really?

### "EcoTrak is a must have for Restaurants"

I have used ServiceChannel and EcoTrak in my business life and EcoTrak has done a great job in creating a CMMS that tracks every item that you want databased. Priced so vendors are saddled with huge costs to invoice directly into Ecotrak like other systems.

Pros

asset based system so you can track every piece of equipment in your locations and then data mine the costs and other aspects needed to meet Accountings needs for budgets and costs.

Cons

Like any other computer based systems, EcoTrak does have system glitches that arise but they work quickly to resolve them.

EcoTrak was established with a system that did better tracking.

Pros

I love that this software gives you so many abilities to build and setup every part of facilities management. Its very simple to use and the processes are great. Being able to track work orders, invoices, assets, vendors, budgets, R&M, proposals, equipment, inventory and costs, is AMAZING!!! You guys have done an excellent job developing an amazing facilities management system.

Cons

I feel the location/map piece of the vendor needs to be on there. Vendors need to have a radius that's within a mile of the check-in check-out of location/job. This is needed to hold them accountable for hours and locations. There is a lot of information and categories to this software, so its a lot to learn. Maybe can improve a little on the user friendly aspect. For some users, it is difficult and a lot to process.

### "Ecotrak In Review as a New User."

Overall I am happy with the software as a tool for managing our facility needs, and I appreciate that the team is open to listening to our specific needs. I really wish we didn't have system glitches almost every time they perform a system update though...

Pros

I like the fact that I can customize my views for any of the fields. I like the way the dashboards are set up, and I also appreciate the search features. Lastly, I appreciate the fact that I could do anything on my phone that I can do on my laptop.

Cons

I do not like the fact that whenever you are working on any other page besides page 1 and you perform a task it kicks you back to page one, and then you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to get back to the page you were at...This is very annoying when you are approving invoices or working on ranking your vendors for a specifc location.

### "Ecotrack; Semi Great.. Semi Not Great"

Overall, I have been excited to learn how to handle this software and lead our team-If I can so humbly do so. However, there are "waterfalls" or pathways that at times do not work and help or make sense to follow. I believe GREAT potential lies within this software for any company but must figure out how to make it work well for our companies needs.

Pros

1\. I love the capability to track items/ calls the way I can 2. Great overall options once you learn the software 3. Multiple windows can be open undersoftware

Cons

1\. I don't believe learning this software is easy to navigate or learn. 2. We need a Purchase order module 3. Some team members have not been great following up on our concerns 4. Too many windows or steps sometimes to accomplish needed tasks

### "not user friendly at all"

If you re-set your password they send you a 1 time code. Enter the code and new password and you get an oops message because the OTP doesn't work. I'm no rocket scientist but Service Channel is user friendly, this site is a nightmare. Call customer service with questions and they don't have a clue. People are nice on the phone but it doesn't seem like they know the system either.

Pros

I don't like the software. It seems that they people who made the program were trying to get too fancy. As a vendor, I don't have all day to monkey around with added steps and questions. It should be easy to submit proposals and invoices but it's not. Too many features, dumb it down a little for guys like me.

Cons

overkill with the steps needed to create a simple proposal or email.App doesn't work well at all, uploading pictures is time consuming, they ask too many questions. Just let me load the photos, why do I need to go thru a series of questions.

Cons

I think the initial set up of EcoTrak is a little overwhelming at first just do to how much we had to transferrer over but customer support was always ready and willing to jump on a call with us if needed.

Platform is really helping us keep facilities organized and giving our users a database of support teams available at all times.

Pros

The platform is easy to use from all aspects and is great at managing history of work, scheduling of work, and expenses. Different reporting option available help to make the program customizable for company needs.

Cons

Some of the options for PM modules are limited. I would like to see the capability to selects the SP for PM as well as more detailed frequency options (instead of monthly, offer weekly options)

We chose Ecotrak after trying many systems. It delivers real-time analytics so you can predict trends and plan for future new restaurant openings. I'm able to export reports daily for my team and have a big picture view of what jobs are happening across locations.

Pros

Ecotrak is the best asset management tool to understand where your repair and maintenance dollars are going and why. You can track historical repairs on every piece of equipment across locations. Plus, it's fast and simple to use.
