My experience using Avaya Cloud Office was not bad as it simple to use but switching in between to get customer's details and interaction history was a bit stressful.

Pros

I like that it is very user friendly and supports call routing.

Cons

What I like least is that it provides limited customer context and does pull in customer interaction history.

We use Avaya because it offers a great softphone service that pairs nicely with teams and salesforce. I love the CRM Connector feature that turns our client info live. No more typing in numbers we just have to click in salesforce and it dials them in avaya. It also works well with our recording software that is needed for QA. We have been using versions of Avaya for years and the most recent update is solid. I primarily train new employees to use the software and once you get the hang of it everything is fairly intuitive.

Pros

Integrates well with MS Teams. The softphone feature of Avaya workplace through this is great. I like having everything hosted on the cloud so I can switch devices with relative ease.

Cons

Integrating Avaya to record audio during video calls can be a bit clunky at first. once you figure it out, it is manageable but training new employees to manage two pieces of software can be a drag.

I regularly use it for work to make calls and host meetings

Pros

It is for the most part very reliable, has good record tracking, and integrates well into Salesforce and other apps.

Cons

Sometimes the application can time out and throw error messages that are inconsistent with the actual problem. Fortunately, logging in and out usually fixes it.

The phone/computer system was very clear to operate and talk.

Al ser un programa basado en centralita AVAYA ofrece muchas prestaciones de este fabricante a nivel de telefonía.

Debería tener un coste inferior, o permitir una gestión mas centralizada de algunas funciones.

Not a bad one, its a good way to make official calls easily.

Pros

We can easily make calls from the office number without needing a physical phone. All that is required is a headpiece with a mic.

Cons

Sometimes the call drop can be annoying. Probably, from our network service provider. However, it affects our calls sometimes.

The has been a massive increase in efficiency and ease of communication since the service has been implemented.

Pros

The system is very easy and intuitive to use. I like how the app and the desktop phones all seamlessly integrate will e-mail.

Cons

Some of the integration was taxing, and on rare occasions calls are dropped when I am out of the building.

Pros

The system replaced a previous phone system.The switch went well. The app is well laid out and has all of the features required including voicemail.

Cons

The app does not seem to work well and connect to my account even when trouble shooted. It logs out all the time meaning when I am off site the calls are not coming to my mobile as needed or just showing that I have a missed call when the phone has not rung.
