I love it. Pros I love Bill4time as it is intuitive and economical. It replaced an expensive Timeslips subscription I was looking at and is wonderful and easy to use. Cons I wish the expenses could have an entry memorized that fills in, such as "Copies" so I did not have to type every time, but hopefully that will get addressed. Pros I like that my billing program and file data program are available and I can manage my law practice with this program without having to spend a fortune Cons Calendar needs default to "all users", contacts needs a search feature, Calendar needs to show more entries before going to "show more" additional, Client needs a way to show entire address with email address for posting into emails and letters, Payments needs a way to post retainer payments without an invoice for the same. Invoices are too difficult to amend in mass so using drafts to do billing leaves ability to clean up wording and move to other clients.
