Pour tout ce qui est rapport « simple », comme des listing, bons de commandes, factures et autre, le résultat est propre et on arrive assez facilement à l’utiliser. Pros L’outil permet d’obtenir un résultat précis et clair, notamment esthétique. L’intégralité de nos documents issus de notre ERP utilise les reports Crystal et on arrive efficacement à atteindre nos attentes. L’utilisation peut devenir complexe lorsqu’on doit passer par des sous états, l’utilisation de variables, partagées ou non, mais on peut placer au millimètre prêt les champs du rapport. Cons Quelques problèmes lorsque les liens entre tables sont complexes , notamment quand un lien existe vers une table qui n’a pas d’enregistrement à lier. Dans ce cas, l’enregistrement de la table principal est inexistant dans le rapport, et l’utilisation de sous états résout cela, mais complexifie l’utilisation. You literally cannot call yourself a senior SAP Consultant if you have not attained a certain level of expertise in Crystal reports. - With SAP Crystal reports you can create interactive reports from various data sources both SAP and Non- SAP data sources which can be customized to the very specific client needs.- It goes without saying that SAP Crystal Reports integrates seamlessly with applications in the SAP Ecosytem. - One of the most awesome things about SAP Crystal Reports is the fact that reports and layouts can be exported and shared in various formats including excel, pdf, and more. Cons \- There is definitely a learning curve involved in crystal reports. If you want to be able to do respectable things in Crystal reports, then you might want to invest in acquiring the knowledge.
