Pros

The streamlined interface and simplicity of the product make Cisco Jabber an easy solution to customer service phone calls.

Cons

There are some connectivity issues with using Cisco Jabber. However, these can be attributed to internet issues on the user end.

I like how intutive and easy to use it is! Coming into work everyday and booting up Jabber is as simple as opening up my Email.

Cons

Sometimes there are latency/communication issues between Jabber and Finnesse, leading to calls not being recorded.

I loved using Cisco jabber. We have recently switched over and don’t find it as easy as jabber. I liked that it was an app and you could use other web services while speaking on the phone

Pros

Cisco jabber makes it very easy to use as a phone with clients without using a personal number. I like that there is an app as well and call log

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say about Cisco Jabber. It worked well. I would like to hear voicemails in the app rather than email notification

We mainly use Cisco Jabber as a standalone remote communication tool. It is simple to use and has a lot of configuration settings. It allows you to easily intercept calls or transfer incoming calls to another phone number.

Pros

Cisco Jabber is simple yet has a lot of features like Microsoft Office integration.

Cons

Sometimes the settings don't work anymore like Office add-in or the device for microphone/speaker changes.
