### "Good luck getting a refund from Dickie's BBQ or Chowly."

Terrible. Do not use. You're better off using your own secure website, taking calls or texts. This software doesn't make your business look good based on my experience from ordering Dickie's BBQ.

Pros

Easy to view menu and purchase food online.

Cons

Can't get refunded my $51.08 by anyone after making a second, replacement order immediately after the first.

That would be frustrating, and we apologize you had a negative experience with Chowly. Several improvements have been made, particularly to our Customer Support Team, that we think you would be happy with now. If the opportunity ever arises we would gladly explain the updates we've made to our billing, customer service, and setup processes.
