Pros Is easy to navigate and can store all important documents/files , as well as the chat box is a massive help. Cons Creating reports in Access PeopleHR used to be quite time-consuming and not very intuitive, which sometimes made extracting the right data frustrating. However, the introduction of the chat box has been a massive positive change and has significantly improved the overall user experience. Cons Some areas are still confusing to find, for example when looking for documents this can be time consuming and have you navigate from multiple screens. Perhaps a search function would be better here. It works when I need it to work and staff also find it easy to use. Pros I like the ease of holiday planning and seeing when others are off. I also like how documents can be stored centrally. Cons I would like to be able to see indirect reports. Right now i can only see direct reports, which means i am unable to manage indirect reports when their line manager is off. There is misalignment between some features - ie the logbooks are outdated, no ability to create own customisable documents and the performance management area needs an overhaul as the question format is awful. The level of support provided by Access is second to none - with any query responded to and resolved quickly. This represents great value for money, with very little time spent by the team on understanding bugs and issues, which the team at Access do on our behalf. Having over 400+ employees, this system manages everything from online collaboration, to holiday bookings and accruals and even the performance management processes. It replaced a load of manual and time consuming processes for managers, and for senior staff it's given us a "whole organisation" view that would have been an annual job, whenever we want it. Pros As a director of a medium sized charity (29 people) PeopleHR replaced a whole load of manual/spreadsheet driven processes, and it's made it really easy to track things like leave, absences - in individual teams and across the whole organisation. It's really easy to use for staff and administrators, and implementation was really straightforward. Cons For our needs there's nothing really. We put quite a lot of work into the non-platform implementation (writing and briefing new processes, reminding staff to use it etc.) so usage is really high - it really needs all staff to be engaged and actively using the features to make the most of it. There is a lot of information that needs entering and could be done incorrectly due to human error. I would like to be able to lock down areas of the system and give more access to specific areas that are included in the 'super admin' access to those that don't need all access. Looking to integrate our payroll system with PeopleHR in future to make best use of the HRIS. Pros The HRIS is user-friendly and intuitive. We use it for multiple functions including recruitment, expense processing, managing leave and performance management. It also has a handy self-service app to complement the desktop website. Cons The ATS could be more visually appealing - it is not as 'attractive' as other ATS in the market.
