It is very helpful to have all HR processes consolidated within a single platform, as it makes staying on top of everything much easier. The system is intuitive and has been well received by the team. The support team is highly responsive and helpful, and they consistently ensure that all our queries are resolved efficiently.

Cons

At times, it can be challenging to learn how to use certain features. However, we are confident that once we become more familiar with the system, everything will run smoothly.

Pros

A simple, easy-to-use HR System, everyone loves the app option, the ability to check and book holidays

Cons

The Web version is lacking a few more options; the expenses are only available to be entered on the app. Would be nice to have that option on the web version

### "Raising cases"

Generally good and easy to navigate around the system as most buttons would indicate what area I will be looking at and direct me to what I need to do.

Pros

It is easy to use and it makes scheduling rota easy and managing staff availabilities easier as well. I can't comment about value for money as that decision is made by the company director, so I don't know what other options were considered before the decision was made.

Cons

Raising cases. If it could be simplified and making access to raise urgent cases to receive acknowledgement within a few hours as sometimes it's not clear whether the case you raised has gone through or not.

No issues at all with the product. It does exactly what we need it to do and the whole of the team agree

Pros

Ease of use and the user interface. The product is simple for all users and it looks attractive also.

Cons

Lack of ability to edit holiday bookings. Would be good to be able to edit a Booking rather than deleting and re booking

overall over time it has been a positive experience, however it did take getting use to. So i would advise you have a play around once a week.

Pros

I feel that PeopleHR is a good tool to manage holidays and ensure you can keep track of the team and when not to book leave

Cons

When i first started using people HR i found it difficult to navigate. However it has got easier with time. I particularly got confused when it came to reviews due to the different reviews and goals.

However, the limitations in reporting can be frustrating—particularly when more advanced or multi‑layered data is needed. While it works well for straightforward tasks, the lack of flexibility in generating detailed or combined queries holds the system back from being fully effective for more complex HR reporting needs.

Pros

Customer Support, issues are resolved pretty promptly when raised. System is fairly easy to use and navigate.

Cons

Lack of ability in the system when generating queries, as two things to be done and the system cannot comprehend and confuses the report, the support team openly admitted nothing could be done to rectify this.

PHR is user friendly and quite intuitive. There are options to ask for help and various FAQ sections that help

Excellent, never had any issues and it is really easy to navigate. I can find what I need easily and there is very little need for extra suport.

Pros

How easy it is to use. With being quite busy I feel that this is really easy to navigate and I can access things easily and without any need for extra support.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about people HR. I have yet to come across any issues and find that it is easy to use.

Pros

simple and user friendly. easy to navigate. responsive support portal and customer account / success managers.

Cons

limited functionality. great system for small and simple organisations but less for complex and larger orgs who require more niche functionality.

Really happy with Access PeopleHR and have recommended it to others. Good UX and generally easy to use/understand.

Pros

Really easy to use and great support when needed. Access PeopleHR has really helped control sickness and holiday. Our field based employees love it as can book and see their holiday allowance/booked holiday and their ability to book holiday.

Cons

Some areas could be a little more user friendly, however the help provided does cover everything. Setting up custom timesheets has provided difficult.

Great system, very user friendly, easy to manage and maintain, staff really enjoy the functionality.

Lack of customisation in certain areas and the organisation chart doesn't seem to work for us due to having a flat structure

Overall very good, had an SSO issue years ago that i am still salty over, but that doesnt affect the product today

Easy access to see other team members holiday, sickness and other time. Finding the names of others using org chart is great in a larger buiness

Cons

The change of layout randomly can be frustrating, and the use of AI generated people on log is strange

Positive. PeopleHR has been one of the easier HR programmes I've had to use during my career. It's not overkill and everything you need is clearly signposted.

Pros

Easy to book leave and to see who is off at different times. It's also very easy to find key documents and see org structure

Cons

There were some changes previously around how you log in which was a bit confusing, but this is now all clear. Other than that, I don't really have any issues with the software.

### "People HR is a great system"

Very happy with the platform. I feel this system supports me within my role and helps me work efficiently.

Pros

I find the platform really useful and easy to use. The ripples you can set up save a lot of time. For example, sending out emails to new starters, reminders to employees to sign logbook forms or notifying us when someone has reached a particular length of service. The queries function is easy to use, giving reports on almost anything.

Cons

It would be helpful if you could have two screens open at the same time. So you could be looking at the settings page and queries and an employees page at the same time.

Pros

ATS system, very useful, customisation is great. The talent pool and ability to save comments is efficient and effective

Cons

The dashboard to post communications can be slow and slightly buggy. The software can sometimes be slow, but team is very quick at responding

It is quite a good system and is very helpful but would be even better with a few tweaks to improve the system.

Pros

It is very good for managing holidays and sickness levels etc, it might be useful however to flag up when things like supervisions and trainings are due

Cons

It isn't as intuitive as it could be to put on documents in regards to sickness and 1:2:1's and sometimes things get lost as the drop downs don't relate 100%

Overall, I find it a useful platform but it could be better in terms of user experience. A bit more development around the flow of the platform would really help get a higher rating.

Pros

It's useful to have sickness, leave, performance, and documents all in one place for managing employees and keeping track of my own progress, leave, etc..

Cons

It doesn't feel very intuitive to use, and I often find myself having to click more than I would like to in order to access what I need.

I've used other similar systems which have more available in the package. The system is intuitive. The customer support is good, the AI chat feature very useful. I find the reporting a little clunky. Management of the employees is simple.

Cons

The basic package has less functionality than other systems I've used. I'm used to having workflows as a basic function.

Overall it is a great platform that accomplishes what it is designed to do. Been using it since I was hired and I have no complaints about it.

Pros

How easy it is to use. It's a very effective tool to accomplish what needs to be done within HR and to remain efficient and organised.

Cons

The UI isn't very modern or seamless. I think I would like to see more information on my dashboard, such as any outstanding tasks, recently signed documents, or being able to book days off from the homescreen
