Pros It makes it super easy for my team to apply for and be approved for leave. I also really value the hiring module. Peoplehr gave me everything I wanted and also have functions for our recruiting needs. Cons Can be a little confused to get the correct data exported in spreadsheets with ease. Simple things like booking holiday is now a breeze Cons I did have a small problem with my account where I was receiving emails in error however once email from me to the team and it was sorted. The team at People HR are super helpful and friendly and also giving you the opportunity to make suggestions for new features. They expect you to do a lot of the setting up yourself using unclear instructions and when trying to get support from their 'live chat' they often take a couple of days to get back to you. One of it's big selling points is that it has the core system with an applicant tracking system and performance module on one system. It is also extremely good value for money! Pros its brings all the staff together in one place for information to be shared with the relevant people with just a few clicks.
