Simple to navigate, reliable and effective. Overall great product and great service from the KeyNest team Pros KeyNest is super easy to use, and the lockboxes have a sleek, modern design. I can manage access remotely through the platform, which is intuitive, reliable, and backed by an good support team. We no longer have to worry about tracking who has which key or dealing with delays. Cons Minor things, there were a few bugs about location pick, but it has been solved in short time. Pros We no longer have to worry about tracking who has which key or dealing with delays. The automated system and 24/7 access for our drivers save us a lot of time and reduce administrative work. I think that Keynest itself offers good service (customer service team) but the partners (store managers) are not as professional as Keynest staff. Pros We appreciate the option to suggest a new store (or store address) to Keynest since we have a 300 homes portfolio across London in constant change. Moreover, the customer service team is very responsive and resolutive. Cons I know the fact (I have seen it with my own eyes) that store managers NOT ALWAYS scan the keys as soon as they receive it. They leave it on the countertop and keep attending other clients putting at-risk the home safety. Moreover, it is pretty common that they don't have their Keynest phone operative (most of the time they have it without the battery charged) creating a delay in the whole operations process.
