La flexibilidad de la herramienta, puedes ajustar casi cualquier apartado de las evaluaciones y encuestas. Se va adecuar al modelo de casi toda institución o van a encontrar alguna solución en el camino El servicio de las personas asignadas, desde el contacto inicial con la personas comercial hasta el soporte actual con \[contenido sensible oculto\]. Es decir, te atienden rápidamente y de manera cordial en todo momento, asimismo, te plantean soluciones

De Hrider me gusta todo. La herramienta es super buena, intuitiva, te da millones de opciones para adaptarlo a tus necesidades y especialmente el trato amable, cercano, super rápido de la persona que tengo asignada a mi proyecto. Es de 20 sobre 10

Muy buena experiencia. Cada año contamos con HRider porque el resultado siempre es excelente. La herramienta cumple plenamente con los objetivos que nos marcamos como empresa: es muy visual, intuitiva y fácil de utilizar. Además, la atención personalizada por parte de los managers es inmejorable. Destacamos especialmente la capacidad de adaptación a nuestras necesidades y la mejora continua de la plataforma, que nos ayuda a optimizar procesos y a tomar mejores decisiones en gestión de personas. Sin duda, un partner clave para nuestro crecimiento.

Pros

Excelente experiencia con HRider. Destacamos especialmente la atención personalizada, la amabilidad del equipo y la apariencia tan cuidada y visual de la plataforma. Es muy fácil de usar y siempre se adaptan a nuestras necesidades. Totalmente recomendable.

Cons

Por ahora no tenemos ninguna pega con HRider. Como propuesta de mejora, nos gustaría que los bloques de los modelos pudieran colocarse de forma masiva, respetando sus características, en lugar de tener que hacerlo uno a uno en cada modelo. Esto ayudaría a agilizar aún más la configuración.

Mi experiencia con Hrider ha sido muy positiva. Es una herramienta bien pensada, sólida y alineada con una gestión moderna de personas, que aporta orden, claridad y coherencia a los procesos de RR. HH. Destaco especialmente la sensación de acompañamiento y mejora continua, así como su utilidad real en el día a día profesional. Sin duda, una solución que suma y facilita el trabajo.

Pros

Lo que más valoro de Hrider es su enfoque práctico y orientado a la realidad de las organizaciones. La herramienta es intuitiva, clara y muy fácil de usar, tanto para quienes gestionan como para quienes participan en los procesos. Destaca especialmente la capacidad de estructurar información compleja de forma sencilla y accionable, lo que facilita la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento real de las personas y los equipos.

Cons

En algunos, pocos, momentos, me habría gustado contar con un mayor nivel de personalización en ciertos apartados o con más opciones avanzadas para adaptar la herramienta a necesidades muy específicas. Aun así, son aspectos menores que no afectan al valor global de la experiencia y que, además, tienen un potencial claro de evolución.

Mi experiencia con HRider después de aproximadamente 5 años es muy buena, es altamente recomendable trabajar con ellos.

El programa en general es bastante completa, pero sin duda lo que más valoro es la atención que tienen, cualquier duda se resuelve sin problema.

Como indico anteriormente en términos generales me gusta mucho. Como aspecto de mejora lo haría algo más flexible.

Me encanta que siempre están innovando: sus nuevas funciones de IA para crear informes y planes de desarrollo son un antes y un después en nuestra eficiencia. Su blog y sección de recursos son una guía constante para estar al día en la gestión de talento. Además el servicio al cliente es oportuno y resuelve los problemas.

"Excelente herramienta para cualquier equipo de Recursos Humanos. La plataforma es sumamente sencilla de manejar y el proceso de configuración inicial fue impecable gracias a su equipo de soporte.

Como punto a mejorar, hemos encontrado ciertas limitaciones al intentar replicar exactamente nuestras escalas de medición internas. Aunque la plataforma es robusta, en ocasiones la configuración de métricas muy específicas del modelo de nuestra organización es algo rígida, y nos ha tocado adaptar nuestros procesos a la lógica de la herramienta y no al revés

En general me ha ido increíble con la herramienta, el equipo de HRider me apoya en todo momento para la implementación correcta en mi empresa. De pronto, si tengo dudas cada día ellos siempre la solucionan y con la mejor disposición.

Me gusta toda la disposición que ha tenido el equipo para el apoyo de la implementación, lo fácil e intuitiva que es usar la herramienta y lo sencillo que es adaptar la herramienta a las necesidades de mi empresa.

Cons

En algunas ocasiones, el modelo que ya tienen establecido en la herramienta no puede editarse tan fácilmente, sino que tiene que solicitarse al área de desarrollo.

Mi experiencia con HRider ha sido muy buena. Desde el primer contacto sentí que no solo estaba incorporando una herramienta para evaluaciones 360, sino un equipo que realmente acompaña el proceso. La plataforma me ha permitido trabajar con mis clientes de forma ordenada y confiable, facilitando conversaciones de liderazgo y desarrollo basadas en información clara. El acompañamiento cercano y la disposición del equipo hacen que el uso de la herramienta se sienta sencillo y respaldado, incluso en procesos más complejos.

Pros

HRider es muy fácil de usar y bastante intuitiva. La línea visual es simple y clara, lo que hace que aprender a usarla y moverse dentro de la herramienta sea rápido, incluso para personas que no están tan familiarizadas con plataformas digitales. Funciona bien en distintos dispositivos, algo clave cuando se trabaja con evaluaciones 360 y muchos participantes. Los procesos son simples y ágiles, no se vuelven pesados ni complicados. Y algo que valoro mucho es el acompañamiento del equipo: siempre cercanos, disponibles y con una actitud muy orientada a ayudar, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad cuando usas la herramienta con clientes.

Cons

En algunos casos sentí que podría tener un poco más de flexibilidad para adaptarse a requerimientos específicos, sobre todo en la personalización de reportes adaptados a metodologías propias y en ajustes que faciliten la experiencia del usuario final. Eso sería un plus para quienes usamos la herramienta de forma más estratégica y recurrente.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena y me ha servido bastante para ampliar mis conocimientos en plataformas digitales, los datos son seguros y privados que ayuda bastante al flujo de trabajo con cada empresa que trabajamos.

Pros

Me gustó el dinamismo de la plataforma y que hace más sencillo la gestión de las evaluaciones de clima, cultura y desempeño. Las reuniones con cada persona del equipo de soporte fue muy útil y me ayudó a entender más la plataforma.

Cons

No me gustó el hecho de la descarga de la información en los indicadores, en nuestra empresa nos es útil que el detalle del indicador aparezca completo pero en HRIDER no es posible esa opción lo que hace que se pierda un poco la automatización de una plataforma en general.
