Shaparency made it so easy for everyone and have had no issues with any of our users. My top concern was customer service and their response time and ability to assist me with any issues is rapid, and they help this non-technical person navigate the system in a way I can understand. Pros I am not a software guru, so the ease of use was vital to my position. Cons I think the system is great. Easy to use and easy to share information. If I am unable to figure something out on my own, the customer service reps are right there helping me thru it. It helps us distribute board papers in a secure way and ensures that the right version of the document is what the trustees see. Cons There are issues on how Excel can be seen in the papers. We have to print the Excel spreadsheets as a PDF to ensure that the right information is seen but I think that is an issue for most systems. We have had some technically issues with the platform which I think is due to the fact that it is still being developed fully. Reasons for choosing Shaparency Value for money. Occasionally the time change is an issue on the support side but the minute they are on they are so quick to help. The comprehensive short video bites for 'learning to use' were excellent for digitally experienced users, however I required to develop my own supports for onboarding those without computer skills. (This was over 18 months ago however and I see there are a lot of new and amazing resources and updates since then!)
