My experience with Levitate has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with tools that make client communication, marketing, and content creation much easier. I especially appreciate the ongoing updates, AI features, and responsive customer support, which make using Levitate both efficient and enjoyable.

Pros

Levitate is easy to use and saves a lot of time. I really like the AI content creation, the professional email templates, and how everything is in one place. The platform makes it simple to stay in touch with clients in a personalized way, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful.

Cons

With such a robust set of features, it can take a little time to explore everything Levitate has to offer. That said, the platform continues to add helpful resources and updates that make discovering new tools easier over time.

### "Levitate overview"

Customer service, overall, has been responsive and working with levitate has been easy and opened doors to functions I needed without using separate services.

Pros

Ease of use in creating newsletters, surveys and other content. I use most of the features within Levitate every month for marketing our mission and connecting with donors.

Cons

Levitate has limitations that could be fixed but have not been addressed despite opening tickets. Adding text messages to the content calendar, identifying why text messages fail more than they deliver successfully despite a valid cell number, expanding survey question type to include likert scale questions like google forms. Also, there needs to be a search feature added to the website so our customer can just search for what they want vs click and peck. Donors need to be able to be hidden from certain users view because many are very sensitive about their information being shared with anyone except the main contact etc.

### "Interesting Concept that Did Not Work "

It is an interesting concept that doesn’t work. It is rather expensive and all the emails they send clients are not personalized. Our office used it for a year and had no results.

Pros

The team was nice and helpful. The AI response to reviews worked well. People appreciate being remembered on their birthdays.

Cons

It simply did not produce positive results. Keeping in touch with clients, current and past , is important. However, the majority of consumers do not appreciate receiving newsletters and other information emailed to them. Many clients who were fully satisfied with my services requested to be removed from the mailing list. It was very expensive considering the poor results.

We love the AI option to create content. It makes making content that is well written easy and fun.

Cons

I wish that texting and such was not an additional charge. Other than that we have nothing to complain about.

My overall experience has been great. I can foresee this product getting better and better as time moves on and they continue to make updates and adjustments.

Pros

I like that my account manager is always readily available for any questions I may have. I also enjoy the easy layout of the platform and variety of creative to use and customize. The A.I feature is also a great addition and super helpful.

Cons

My only con would be the limit of emails that you can send out. Our company has a huge database of contacts, and it can sometimes take weeks for all the emails to send out.

The best thing about Levitate are the Levitate associates I have worked with. They have always been very helpful, supportive and Levitate has helped elevate our pet charity, and I feel will do even more for us in 2026

The ease of sending email and social media campaigns. Also managing contacts and tagging. The scheduling feature has also been very beneficial.

Cons

There are a few wonky things with the interface, but mostly a learning curve. Tagging can be a little confusing, but cleaning up is fairly easy after our initial contact import.

Pros

Levitate is easy to use and enables us to customize emails to our clients. We typically customize our own emails, but have also used the templates provided by Levitate, specifically the social media posts. I love how new features are often added and my regular calls with my Levitate rep keeps me up to date on everything new.

Cons

I wish I could send 1 email to husband/wife, instead of 2 separate ones. I can't think of anything else that I would change at the moment.

We've had a wonderful experience with Levitate, our rep, Louis, has been the same basically the entire time that we've been subscribed, and I'm excited to continue to work with them and watch the progression as new features roll out.

Pros

I like that Levitate is as hands on as you want it to be. We have quarterly meetings with our rep to schedule out emails and social posts based on our agency's goals or focuses, or simply what they recommend. We make sure the automations are up to date, we review open rates, and overall I think it's been great for those small touches with our clients to make sure they feel supported. This has been exceptionally valuable for our agency and our clients.

Cons

Sometimes we schedule out renewal emails too far in advance, and if someone makes a change or leaves our agency, that email still goes out unless we manually stop it. This has caused confusion a handful of times. Nothing worth making a fuss about, but probably one of the main "issues" we've ever run into.

Overall, great experience. Good customer service. User friendly. They are always releasing new features, which is a sign that they are always looking to improve the platform.

Pros

Lack of features. Mostly that you can’t embed a video into a newsletter. Sometimes it seems like the platform glitches, which makes it hard, but we have always been able to get through.

Pros

Its easy to navigate. My contact representative is also super helpful and makes it easy for us to use.

I cannot think of something I like least about the system. Every time I use the tool it simple to use. Never had any major issues and if I cannot figure it out then I reach out to my contact person who has been super helpful.

The learning curve is the worst part. It takes time to figure it out but once you do, its really easy to use.

I handle sending out the newsletters, emails and social media for the firm. It is so quick to login to Levitate and post something on all social media at once and there are many email templates to choose from. Plus, our rep sets up campaigns for us and all I have to do is login and approve them.

Pros

I love the content creation and east to email past and previous clients. It also asks our clients for reviews when their case closes and only asks them to add a review to Google if they put 5 stars.

Cons

It should be easier to customize captions on linked in vs facebook vs instagram. Instagram prefers shorter captions and linked in should sound more formal.

Communication for the website specific could be a bit better as far as servicing and such! I find sometimes I'm in a jam and can't contact 1 point of contact.

Generally good. I expected a little more one on one training and handholding in the begining. The quarterly content meetings are ok, but they go kind of fast. I am not as big a fan of emailing back and forth for questions or help

Ease of use and how easy it is to track communications with donors. I do feel like there is a lot of self learning, but in general the system is pretty easy to learn.

Cons

I wish it also had CRM capabilities, so I didn't have to use two different management tools. I haven't found the templates and content creation that helpful

### "Levitate is like adding a marketing professional to your company"

OVerall, this is a great tool. It has helped me in a number of ways and actually is like having another employee on staff for these important communication touches throughout the year. I love how they are always trying to add on skills to the platform. I fully recommend this for so many reasons.

Pros

I love the way it has made keeping in touch with my clients and prospects so easy. I used to do all of this manually and now I can make my touchpoints all year long. My clients feel seen and heard and my open rate is incredible. The content is trustworthy and on target. Additionally, I can honestly say that utilizing regular campaigns has helped me keep and save clients.

Cons

Meetings with my success person are hurried. I don't always get the time to do all the tasks needed. However due to this, I have gotten quite skilled at using the platform and taking more control myself. Don't get me wrong, I suppose I could email and keep making appointments but, I don't always have time to wait to schedule appointments with success manager.

### "This Small Agency Loves Levitate"

I enjoy using Levitate to manage scheduled emails and social media posts, several quality premade options to use. We also use this platform for our texting and I LOVE that you can set an out of office. Overall, for our company's needs Levitate meets our expectations and packs a punch, especially considering the price point.

Pros

Levitate is pretty intuitive when it comes to using their email, social media, and text options. There is a decent variety of premade campaigns to either use or use as a starting point. The site layout is also clean and visually pleasant. It is also one of the most cost effective solutions we've found for our needs.

Cons

I really wish that once you had created an email campaign template in the system, you could go back and revise the title. I also wish there was a way to have a folder for just templates you created for your own use as sometimes it can be a headache trying to find the right template you are looking for when mixed in with the entire custom staff templates.
