My experience with Levitate has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with tools that make client communication, marketing, and content creation much easier. I especially appreciate the ongoing updates, AI features, and responsive customer support, which make using Levitate both efficient and enjoyable.

Pros

Levitate is easy to use and saves a lot of time. I really like the AI content creation, the professional email templates, and how everything is in one place. The platform makes it simple to stay in touch with clients in a personalized way, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful.

Cons

With such a robust set of features, it can take a little time to explore everything Levitate has to offer. That said, the platform continues to add helpful resources and updates that make discovering new tools easier over time.

Levitate has been an excellent addition to our business. Implementation was smooth, the support team has been incredibly responsive, and based on our experience with other systems, this is easily the most effective platform we’ve used.

Pros

Levitate has been fantastic and we are super excited about the possibilities! Onboarding was a breeze and the ongoing support has been extraordinary. Having used other platforms in the past, I can unequivocally say that Levitate is the best!!

Cons

Nothing to see here! Levitate has exceeded our expectations with respect to every aspect of implementation and ease of use.

### "Interesting Concept that Did Not Work "

It is an interesting concept that doesn’t work. It is rather expensive and all the emails they send clients are not personalized. Our office used it for a year and had no results.

Pros

The team was nice and helpful. The AI response to reviews worked well. People appreciate being remembered on their birthdays.

Cons

It simply did not produce positive results. Keeping in touch with clients, current and past , is important. However, the majority of consumers do not appreciate receiving newsletters and other information emailed to them. Many clients who were fully satisfied with my services requested to be removed from the mailing list. It was very expensive considering the poor results.

Customer service, overall, has been responsive and working with levitate has been easy and opened doors to functions I needed without using separate services.

Pros

Ease of use in creating newsletters, surveys and other content. I use most of the features within Levitate every month for marketing our mission and connecting with donors.

Cons

Levitate has limitations that could be fixed but have not been addressed despite opening tickets. Adding text messages to the content calendar, identifying why text messages fail more than they deliver successfully despite a valid cell number, expanding survey question type to include likert scale questions like google forms. Also, there needs to be a search feature added to the website so our customer can just search for what they want vs click and peck. Donors need to be able to be hidden from certain users view because many are very sensitive about their information being shared with anyone except the main contact etc.

Since i got hired on my job the first thing i was able to learn was levitate, i use so all day and for so many things. It really makes my life so much easier.

Pros

Everything about Levitate is literally the best, there isn't one thing i would change. It's so user friendly and just simple!

Right now, I don't have anything negative about Levitate. It really is so easy to learn and understand.

I handle sending out the newsletters, emails and social media for the firm. It is so quick to login to Levitate and post something on all social media at once and there are many email templates to choose from. Plus, our rep sets up campaigns for us and all I have to do is login and approve them.

Pros

I love the content creation and east to email past and previous clients. It also asks our clients for reviews when their case closes and only asks them to add a review to Google if they put 5 stars.

Cons

It should be easier to customize captions on linked in vs facebook vs instagram. Instagram prefers shorter captions and linked in should sound more formal.

Pros

I love the automation features in Levitate. My team never have to worry about missing things and customers can schedule appointments with our team for any of their needs.

Cons

There was not a lot of training when we took over from another agency so it took some time to learn the system.

The onboarding process and information was given over several calls/zoom meetings. It made learning and navigating stress free.

Pros

I can't say enough good things about Levitate. For years I've been looking for some relief in managing our social media and email platforms. We are very small, and the time it has save to put out a quality email, letter or social media post has helped tremendously. Totally recommend Levitate. Scheduling out all the posts for a couple moths, especially during the holidays was a game changer.

Cons

No issues. Every thing went smooth. Their ideas helped create some great social media posts. I hope the price stays consistent and we can afford to keep going with Levitate.

I like it its cool, but with most people wanting texts I gravitate towards free platforms. With our specific company, we have seniors that don't even use the internet at all!

Pros

I like the templates and how AI is incorporated to make it easier. Then sending is easy once you have everyone's info entered and grouped. I like the grouping feature.

Cons

The texting feature is not included. Most people text and usually don't look at their emails so for this reason the texting feature should be free.

I love Levitate! It is very user friendly and the customer success specialist is so helpful! I like how it does the work for you.

Pros

The content calendar is my favorite feature of Levitate. I love how you can upload posts to multiple social media platforms at the same time, and how you can schedule the posts up to 3 month

Cons

We use CasePeer as our Case Management Software and Levitate does not integrate with CasePeer, so the new client contacts added to CasePeer do not automatically upload to Levitate for the automations.

Pros

Team is creative, works with us. We are able to schedule marketing and fundraising during the year at key times.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. The software is a bit daunting at first, but not too difficult. I found that using Ai doesn't always fit the tone of the desired messaging.

### "Everything in one place"

Fantastic. I tell everyone about Levitate.

Pros

I love all of the different features, their ease of use, and that we get constant support keeping everything up to date with a dedicated support specialist. We are trying to use just about everything including social media, email campaigns, event management, client feedback, texting, and website management.

Cons

The only things we aren’t using is the appointment management. We wish it was more like calendly, so we haven’t been able to use that. I’d love if the survey were more customizable. Also, we just started using Zocks, but I think that’s totally something Levitate could incorporate. We just love the all in one place feel that Levitate is helping with.

The team at Levitate is very responsive and helpful in the learning experience, as well as taking suggestions to improve their product and provide a better experience for the end-user..

Pros

It’s very easy and user-friendly. Allows you to market to prospects while keeping track of your existing clients as a client relationship management system. They provide great content for social media marketing as well as email marketing. The system allows me to track prospects through the sales process to completion.

Cons

Some of the search tools are not as robust as I would like.

Pros

We can easily access our entire client base and provide email or text update about everything from new products, programs to facility hours.

Cons

While I love most of Levitate’s features, I have experience various bugs when it comes to sending mass texts. Overall I think this needs to be refined a bit before our organization can fully implement it.

What I appreciate the most about Levitate is how effortlessly it elevates client relationship management. It keeps everything organized, reduces mental load, and honestly makes you look way more thoughtful and intentional with your clients. Cons

The only thing I liked least about Levitate is that there’s a small learning curve with some of the deeper features. The basics are super intuitive, but to really squeeze all the value out of the platform, you need a bit of time to explore and customize. It’s not a deal-breaker at all — once you get familiar, it pays off

I love Levitate. I use it constantly, every day. Our business relies heavily on email, so its uses for that are incredibly valuable. The AI assistant is helpful in creating email/social media campaigns, as well.

Pros

I love the ability to track emails read status, as well use for organizing contacts, and creating and sending email campaigns.

Cons

Just a minor complaint, but I wish we could have multiple email addresses for one contact. For example, we keep husband & wife as one contact, since they're one customer in our eyes. I wish we could have each of their email address, and click to determine which it goes to.

Overall, great experience. Good customer service. User friendly. They are always releasing new features, which is a sign that they are always looking to improve the platform.

Pros

User friendly. Easy to learn and teach others. Features are easy to find on the platform and easy to learn.

Cons

Lack of features. Mostly that you can’t embed a video into a newsletter. Sometimes it seems like the platform glitches, which makes it hard, but we have always been able to get through.

We enjoy Levitate when we send out bulk messages to clients and get a large number of responses. For some reason, they actually READ our emails!

Pros

That the emails look like they are coming from us personally, and not a bulk service. It was easy to learn how to use and a great way to market ourselves. Our clients enjoy our holiday and birthday check ins, and I love the affordability of Levitate.

Cons

I don't like that I can't see lists by last name, but rather, first names. Sorting our database isn't the easiest, but we have learned to work around it.

Since I started using the tool it's been great. It's so user friendly so I don't have to spend a ton of time in it.

Pros

Its easy to navigate. My contact representative is also super helpful and makes it easy for us to use.

Cons

I cannot think of something I like least about the system. Every time I use the tool it simple to use. Never had any major issues and if I cannot figure it out then I reach out to my contact person who has been super helpful.

We have been very happy with Levitate. We use it for our non-profit animal shelter and spay/neuter clinic to track customer satisfaction, follow up with additional services and to target donors.

Pros

We like to be able to import contacts from multiple sources and be able to add tags to reach different types of contacts for multiple purposes.

Cons

The learning curve is the worst part. It takes time to figure it out but once you do, its really easy to use.

I am pretty satisfied with our time with Levitate. It has become easy to use and such a simple way to keep in touch with all of our clients. It keeps our social media active with a few minutes of scheduling posts, and I love being able to schedule everything one day of the week and not worry about it the rest. It has made keeping a personal touch with clients the easiest part of my job.

Pros

I love the ability to automatically communicate with all my customers. It gives a quick ability to check in and make that person connection with just a simple email.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve. I was a little hesitant and didn't use many features at first (and didn't really know how), but with Levitate Zoom calls they answered any questions I had and showed us all how to use these amazing features.

How easy the platform is to use. It makes it so simple to get the work out to our clients and saves time.

Sometimes the website slows down or I am unable to make an update to a contact. However the levitate team is so great with getting any issues resolved in a timely manner.

Pros

Working with Levitate's sales, support, and customer service teams has been an absolute pleasure. Each interaction with Levitate's personnel has been nothing short of excellent whether its training on the platform, answering questions, providing helpful tips, or collecting data.

Cons

I believe the lack of integration with case management system FileVine leaves some room for improvement. Without the integration, we aren't able to take advantage of the full scope of process automation which Levitate supports, due to manual data collection and reconciliation.
