My experience with Orum was great and when I faced some issues (very rare) or had some questions to optimize its use, the team was quick to respond and provided awesome support

Pros

Compared to other dialers I've used, the number of pick ups that I got was definitely higher with Orum. The AI summary was also surprisingly very accurate and barely had to make any edits.

Cons

It's a very minor issue but the use interface and experience was less appealing compared to other dialers. It took me a little longer to get familiarized to the point where I could use it comfortably.

My overall experience with Orum has been great so far. The concept of power dialers really works for our business and what we do, and it has really helped the team to maximize their call outreach and produce more desirable results.

Pros

My team and I had an increased number of meetings booked as a result of using Orum. The power dialer has made it so easy for us to dial calls automatically and not make every call manually. This has made our team more productive and efficient in their prospecting efforts. It also gives us enough time to be creative and focus on having the best-personalised calls and focus on other things as well.

Cons

We had problems with contact details at some point, and some of my team members still face some of those minor challenges

We mainly were looking for a power dialer that can just push out the calls and not have to do it manually. The other aspect was on the personalization side, and Orum had most of the things we were looking for.

My whole team uses Orum and loves it. It allows us to speed up our call work flow and reach more people in less time.

Pros

In sales you have to make a lot of calls, especially cold calls. Orum makes it possible to get through calls with ease because it auto dials calls in a row without having to stop and make each individual dial. That is a huge time saver, allowing me to focus on high value activities.

Cons

At times it can be hard to keep up with the dialer when somebody picks up, so there is a bit of a learning curve. But once you get it, it's fairly easy to navigate.

Overall, it is an integral part of the work that I do on a daily basis. I cannot imagine reaching dozens or hundreds of people a month manually, but Orum lets me do it effectively.

Pros

Not only can I go back and review my calls with Orum, but it also allows me to call on healthcare, retail, Ed/Gov or whatever sector I choose. I can also look at the analytics to see which one I am having the most success with.

Cons

Sometimes you find out info on the fly in a conversation. I would like to have access to more fields for updating in Orum.
