I tried their service for one simple month in July 2025, subscribed only to the small monthly plan, then paused my account. Months later, when I logged in to cancel it completely, I discovered that they had withdrawn an outrageous amount of 248.70 USD—for an annual plan I never accepted. I was shocked and disgusted. I immediately canceled my account to avoid more charges, and now I can’t even log in to discuss the issue with them. This situation feels dishonest, stressful, and extremely frustrating. I need this money back urgently. I never authorized such a payment. Pros Honestly, the only positive point was the idea of the service itself. The concept looked simple and useful when I tried dropshipping for one month back in July 2025. That’s it. Cons Absolutely everything else. They charged me a huge annual fee I NEVER agreed to, even though my subscription was paused, and I had only subscribed to the smallest monthly plan. They withdrew 248.70 USD without my consent, without warning, and without any way to contact real support. And after I canceled my account out of fear of being charged again, I couldn’t access it anymore—making it impossible to resolve the issue. However, after importing just 65 products, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my subscription limit due to product variants. Upon reaching out to customer support, I was informed that my plan only allows up to 400 product variants, not 400 individual products. This distinction was not clearly communicated at signup page, and the wording is misleading. "400 Products" strongly implies the ability to list 400 products, yet the actual limitation on variations makes that number significantly smaller. For sellers making business decisions based on these details, such unclear phrasing creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. Because of this, I’m considering using the same service I currently use for my other eBay stores, despite the downside of manual ordering. I urge AutoDS to clarify its plan descriptions so sellers fully understand the limitations upfront. Pros "Automating eBay dropshipping saves a lot of time—once an item is imported, you don’t have to manage anything manually. Automation streamlines pricing updates, stock management, and order fulfillment, reducing human error and allowing for seamless scalability. It also enables real-time market analysis, ensuring competitive pricing and optimizing profit margins. Cons The most frustrating aspect is misleading signup page, I select AutoDS Starter 400 Plan. While it claims to include 400 products import, it actually counts product variants separately. For example, a t-shirt with five colors and five sizes is counted as 25 individual variants instead of a single product. As a result, if each item has 25 variants, the plan only allows for 16 unique product listings—far fewer than expected.
