Initially very good, but a gradual buildup of problems. Far from the simple management it seemed at the beginning the system gradually collapsed under its own weight. Troubleshooting was like finding a needle in a haystack. I was shocked to find there was no refund policy.

Pros

The apparent simplicity and the good range of social media covered. Reasonable cost either monthly or yearly

Cons

No Refunds - even with 10 months left to go. . We used it for a year and went into the second year. I got so frustrated with their system eventually. They stop posting if one post has a problem. Posts are divided into categories and categories are scheduled. However if there is one misconfigured post in the category then the category stops posting. So the schedule grinds to a halt - there is no notification of this. And there is no way of seeing which post is causing hte problem ... you have to go through them all one by one to work out what the problems is. We had it all beautifully set up to find out a couple of weeks later than most of the posting was stopped. Then you have to go through posts one by one to find the problem - and it is guesswork. There is no indication of what the problem is specifically or where it is. Customer Support attempted to be helpful but didn't seem to grasp the extent of the problems.

Incredibly happy with the social planning aspects of this platform. some of the best scheduling around with an easy to manage calendar view. Section differentiation would make it perfect.

Pros

RSS feed conversion into social posts is amazing. Combined with the overall social planner aspects of this platform, and you have a winning solution.

Cons

Some of the interface takes more getting used to than I'm used to. This is mostly due to certain sections looking too similar to each other.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and an inconsistent approach to pricing make it difficult to trust the platform. Any company offering discounts should honor them if their system accepts them. As a customer ready to invest in their highest-tier plan, I expected more professionalism and care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SocialBee.

Pros

The concept of the tool is promising, especially for small teams looking to manage their social media in a more structured way.

Cons

Customer support is not available during daytime hours for users in Europe, which makes communication very difficult. The user interface is confusing and not intuitive. Most concerning, however, is the unclear and inconsistent pricing model. The website promotes strong discounts and annual savings, which technically work during checkout – but are later denied without explanation or apology. Even after pointing out an error on their side, it was only silently fixed without acknowledging the mistake. A publicly available 50% annual discount was accepted by the system, but after payment, my account was not activated. I was told afterwards that the discount was meant only for NGOs – which wasn’t stated anywhere during checkout. Again, no apology, no goodwill.

You found a partner-exclusive discount code, and we’ve asked them to update their landing page to make eligibility clearer. Iulia informed you that the code wasn’t valid, and while you later requested a lifetime deal, we no longer offer those. You then used an NGO-only discount, which requires documentation to verify eligibility. Since this wasn’t provided, Iulia explained the criteria. To ensure fairness, we apply discounts only to those who qualify. However, as a goodwill gesture, Iulia offered you an authorized discount compatible with your account. We know many sites list unauthorized discount codes, and while we work to remove them, we can’t honor those that aren’t officially approved by us. Regarding support, our teams cover both European and U.S. time zones, and we’ll work on improving response times by better assigning our tickets.

Really good value for the price of the plans, makes my day way more productive, also they offer a free trial what is really nice

Pros

The bootstrap plan has a perfect pricing, I have 3 Instagram accounts so manage it with SocialBee makes my day way more productive

Cons

Sometimes when schedules a lot of posts some can be posted with some errors

Pros

What I liked most about SocialBee was how it effortlessly transformed my social media management. The intuitive interface and user-friendly features, like automated publishing and content organization, made scheduling posts a breeze. It saved me so much time, and the evergreen recycling feature brought new life to my top-performing content, keeping my audience engaged consistently.

Cons

The one thing that I didn't like most was that it was a bit hard to set up initially. As a newcomer, navigating through the various settings and options took some time, and I would have appreciated more streamlined onboarding or clearer instructions.

It is great tool that allows me to save time and makes it easy to post social media content for various accounts and on various platforms at the same time. Great investment!

Pros

I love that we only have to open 1 tab on the computer and you can generate content for all social media accounts in one click. The AI generator is great addition that has really helped overcome writters block o to give new ideas on al ready posted content. I also really apreciate that you can post to Facebook and Instagram in one click! And it is really handy to be able to save groups of hastags.

Cons

The only complaint I have is that there sometimes is a glitch when setting up the automatic posts that grabs content from previous posts. Sometimes it will pick the same post over and over, posting multiple times in the same week. But probably it is just some setting I have to adjust.

Pros

Social Bee makes my social media marketing efforts easy and smooth. From the one dashboard, I can control all of my social media as well as use analytics to get the marketing overview and results. This is the best part of Social Bee to me.

Cons

The UI could be more slick and handy. A better UI could make this more attractive to the user.
