Team is pretty responsive. The guides are generally sufficient.

Pros

When needed a program to move our HR system to the cloud ensuring compliance and maintaining everything in one location.

Cons

The product is almost there.. A few features (like saving drafts and image capturing contracts within the software) would make it perfect.
