It will tell me the amount of time until delivery and the fee for delivery . Highly recommend it! Pros It is very convenient to order food online from various restaurants in my area . They will even allow me to see how long the wait time will be when ordering from that restaurant . Cons I don’t really have any complaints . It’s easy to use , fast, and convenient . Pros It's nice to be able to order anything you want right away and easily be able to track delivery time. Cons The customer service is awful- there are always issues with delivery, it is overpriced and there are absurd amounts of fees applied at the end, something is always wrong with the order. We could care for people on a larger scale and provide better and safer food options for them. Pros Grubhub allowed us to send meals to people within our organization that were sick at home or were needing care during covid. It was easy to send gift cards for people to order or meals directly from their favorite restaurants to their doorstep. I also like that you can track the driver and notify the person when the meal has arrived. Cons Sometimes we would encounter that someone couldn't pick up the meal and deliver it to the person if they lived outside a city area. Occasionally, we would have to submit the order twice for someone to pick it up. The food costs nearly 1.5 times the menu price" April 14, 2021 3.0 I have tried GrubHub, Uber Eats and Doordash, but the services are all overloaded with additional fees that I would really rather not pay. Use them only if convenience is the only thing that matters to you. Pros The convenience I guess. I mostly use this to order pickup where i don't have to pay all the additional delivery fees, but I can still see the menu at my convenience and place the order. Owner of AER'S APPAREL Apparel & Fashion Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "I LIKE GRUBING WITH THE HUB" June 3, 2021 5.0 My overall experience with GrubHub has been more pleasant than it has been with other delivery apps because their delivery drivers do not stay and knock at my door until I answer it. They just leave the food on my porch and follow the instructions I gave them. Also most of the time they will leave me a good picture of where they left my food. It's a very quick process and I have also been able to track where the driver is located with my food, which is also a good help to me. Pros What I like most about GrubHub is that they have restaurants to offer their customers that other delivery apps don't. I like the restaurants they have because most of them are open past 12 a.m. and sometimes I'm up late at night wanting a quick grub. Their checkout process is fast and quick they don't have as many added fees as other delivery apps and their delivery drivers just drop off my food and leave. Cons What I like least about GrubHub is when I get to the checkout and I put my card information in they sometimes try to give the delivery driver a $10 tip which I did not click myself. So if I was to not see the tip that they added for the drivers themselves I would have been at a loss for money and very upset. Review Source TH Tiara H. Pros GrubHub is a go-to when I don't feel like cooking. We also started using this as client gifts. It is extremely easy to order gift cards and send them virtually to coworkers and clients. We replaced our yearly holiday popcorn gifts with GrubHub gift cards, which is a great move in this pandemic. Cons The delivery rates can be a little bit high, but the usability is great.
