Pros I greatly appreciate the new integration of scheduling and invoicing, making for a more all-in-one solution. Also having the integration with lawtog contracts is wonderful. Cons Sometimes things feel a bit redundant, or client gallery, contract, invoice don't all connect. For me with a static gallery, it was not attractive enough and rather limited. Pros I received rather good support from the service. In some cases, it seemed I didn't get sufficient direction, but there is a lot of support Help on site. Once you get used to the way the navigation words, it is rather easy to populate and use. Cons For a static image gallery for resale of photos, it seemed to lack the navigation ability and luster for the sight. The navigation wasn't totally easy to adopt compared to other online hosting services. The setup was hard to master at first and not intuitive. It has been simple to figure out and has made providing a digital gallery to my clients simple to manage. Pros I like being able to upload a softproof gallery and instantly share it with my clients. It also makes getting contracts signed easier than trying to do it physically. Cons Sometimes the contracts would be hidden in a thread from shootproof in my clients' inboxes or wind up in their junk folder. If I have a question, it is usually answered within 24-48 if not sooner. The backend is very organized and easy to use. I love the templates and other free resources that they provide. Pros It is super easy to use and customize. Their customer service is excellent. The price point is good depending on the plan you choose I like how you can also buy contracts and other materials that you need at a discounted price They have updated their online shop to include more features for a better client experience You can invoice, collect payments, and send contracts all from the same program There are multiple reporting options You can add music to client galleries for an additional cost Mobile app is included They have easy to use customizable templates They host free webinars and their blog is very useful Cons There are limited integrations with other popular photography apps/software that you may use, so extra steps are required depending on what you want to do.
