Siamo uno studio di professionisti che ha deciso di adottare un software che ci permettesse di avere sia un crm che la gestione di scadenze e progetti. In mokapen abbiamo trovato una soluzione integrata, ideale per le nostre esigenze. Il fatto che Mokapen sia suddiviso in moduli ci ha permesso di adottare un approccio graduale di utilizzo tra i collaboratori di studio.

Pros

La semplicità di utilizzo e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff nella fase di onboarding e di supporto.

Cons

Al momento l'esperienza è completamente positiva. Ovviamente bisogna tenere presente che il completo utilizzo delle funzionalità per una realtà che non aveva mai utilizzato un software di questo tipo deve essere graduale e dilazionato nel tempo.

La mia esperienza complessiva è super positiva, migliorabile ma amo la semplicità con cui riesco ad usare un CRM

Mi e piaciuta molto l'assistenza rapida e l'integrazione con diverse applicazioni. La semplicità di utilizzo è il punto forte

Cons

A volte trasforma le scritte un testi html e quindi mi perde la leggibilità del testo. A volte con l eminazione dei task relativi ai progetti, quando chiudi il progetto, ti dice che sono ancora aperti e sbaglia le percentuali di completamento.

In complesso mi sto trovando molto bene e l'esperienza è sicuramente positiva. Consigliato soprattutto se sei una PMI italiana e vuoi diventare più organizzato risparmiando tempo prezioso che puoi usare per lavorare sempre meglio.

Pros

Ho trovato mokapen la piattaforma all-in-one ideale per gestire progetti, marketing, le vendite e l'assistenza. Fin dall'inizio ci siamo trovati molto bene anche perchè è completamente in italiano ed è in continuo sviluppo.

Cons

nulla in particolare, ci sono funzionalità che usiamo ed altre che non usiamo e quindi non abbiamo testato.

Un CRM tutto italiano che non ti fa perdere tempo con mille configurazioni: finalmente qualcosa di facile e intuitivo da usare!

Pros

Cucito sui bisogni del cliente. Il team sforna aggiornamenti, use-case e tutorial continuamente, e sta costruendo un network a supporto delle PMI. Davvero una bella realtà!

Cons

Al momento nulla da segnalare/non ho riscontrato nessun problema, tutto semplice fin dal primo utilizzo.

Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva! La curva di apprendimento dell'applicativo è semplice, quindi lo si può utilizzare a pieno in poco tempo. Come tracking e reportistica è altresì intuitivo e permette di avere una pronta analisi delle opportunità in essere.

Pros

Facilità d'uso: interfaccia intuitiva e user friendly; navigabile facilmente e di semplice accesso/utilizzo nelle funzioni principali.

Cons

Raramente (un paio di volte) è capitato di inserire un'opportunità e non ritrovarla "salvata" in archivio: questo ha portato alla necessità di dover inserire nuovamente l'opportunità stessa.

Overall, my experience with Mokapen has been very positive. It provided a clean, user-friendly interface and helped streamline team collaboration and client communication. The built-in task and CRM features were especially useful for keeping everything organized in one place

CRM Integration I appreciated the built-in CRM tools, which made it easier to track leads and manage customer relationships without switching platforms.

Cons

What I liked least about Mokapen was that some features felt limited in flexibility, especially when trying to customize workflows or adapt the platform to specific team needs. Additionally, integration options with external tools were somewhat restricted
