My experience with support has been good; I've only contacted support a few times, and they were really helpful, but the tool is simple enough to use after you've had a look and tested your signature. The simple-to-navigate dashboard, as well as the option to add a banner to the email signature, are both excellent. This is an excellent tool that's incredibly simple to use and maintain. So far, I'm extremely pleased with this service, and I highly recommend it to others. Pros Signtic is an email signature tool for G Suite and Office 365 that has the features you need to create professional, polished signatures. The software allows you to manage multiple signatures at once so it's easier than ever to have an appropriate one ready for any client or project. Signitic has a straightforward interface that provides an easy to use signature creator as well as being able to add and manage banners for your promotional campaigns. - Save time and money by automating your email signature. - Create a professional and polished look for your emails. - Manage multiple signatures at once. - Schedule banner ads for timed promotions and get detailed analytics Cons I would like to see the email signature templates updated or added to as they don't seem to have changed since I first started using it nearly eighteen months ago. Reason for choosing Signitic I looked at a few alternatives, including some with lifetime deals, but the ability to add multiple signatures to one GMail (Workspace aka G Suite) account for various email aliases is my favourite feature and allows me to run emails for a couple of different projects from one GMail account whilst keeping separate branded email signatures. It has also allowed us to promote our various events and fundraising campaigns to all our contacts. Cons Nothing ! It's an excellent product. We were concerned that we would not be able to manage different signatures for different departments, but the tool handles this without any issues. We are therefore very satisfied. November 13, 2024 2.0 Pros Their support replies relatively fast but aren't able to resolve the issues anyway Cons The disappointment began even before I could use the product. When I tried to register, the website repeatedly showed an error. The support team was unhelpful, offering obvious suggestions like trying a different browser or clearing the cache, which, of course, didn’t resolve the issue. I ended up spending over an hour chatting with support and getting nowhere. Eventually, I tried registering through an incognito window, only to face more frustration. Despite selecting an English version of the website, the text and forms appeared in French. I started filling out the registration form but got distracted and didn’t finish or provide any consent. Surprisingly, about 10 minutes later, I received a welcome email from their team—how is that possible if I never agreed to their terms or policies? To make matters worse, the emails were in French. We needed a solution that did not need our emails fed through their systems. And we needed several customized signatures. Sigilium provided intimate support throughout the deployment and was able to help us meet our deadline. Senior management was very impressed. Since its deployment nearly 2 year ago, managing signatures requires VERY little time. It just works. Pros We managed to implement Sigilium in a matter of 2 weeks company-wide. Seamless integration with Google Workspace. Excellent customer service. Most secure solution we could find that didn't need access to our actual emails. Ongoing management is a breeze! Very low level of effort managing this product. Cons The MacOS Outlook solution is a bit clunky, but that's more a limitation of Outlook on Macs than it is a fault of this product. Would also like to see a few more template designs. Reason for choosing Signitic Data security; Sigilium does not require our emails to pass through their systems, which was a critical requirement for our company. We did not find any other product that could protect our data in this way. We did look at other products, but never considered them do to privacy/data concerns. It is also able to sign the emails sent from your CRM or invoicing system. Cons The installation needs to be done PC by PC but as far as I just saw, there is now an integration with O365 with automated installation so this point is perhaps not true anymore Review Source Alberto O. Un autre point fort, souvent sous-estimé : l’aspect écologique. En interne, nous avons pu supprimer les lourdes bannières dans les signatures, ce qui réduit considérablement l’empreinte carbone liée aux emails. Cons Côté utilisation, la signature génère des problèmes de saut de lignes lors de la rédaction d'un mail (pour TOUS les utilisateurs) ; c'est un réel irritant. Certains n'utilisent pas la signature pour cette raison. Côté admin, lors d'un renouvellement du PC portable d'un utilisateur, il n'est plus possible d'obtenir à nouveau par mail les instructions d'installation via l'URL https://sigilium.com/users/sign\_up?locale=fr. "votre signature est déjà installée" alors que ce n'est plus le cas.
