Employees appreciate not having to manage their signatures. And our contacts are better informed about our news thanks to the information highlighted directly in our signatures.

Pros

Sigilium has enabled us to ensure a high-quality, consistent brand image in all our communications. It has also allowed us to promote our various events and fundraising campaigns to all our contacts.

Cons

Nothing ! It's an excellent product. We were concerned that we would not be able to manage different signatures for different departments, but the tool handles this without any issues. We are therefore very satisfied.

L'accompagnement des équipes pour la création de signatures sur-mesure et le déploiement de différentes signatures par groupe de collaborateur.

Cons

Les aspects techniques qui ne permettent pas d'être autonomes sur la création des signatures sans avoir des notions de code.

Bonne nouvelle pour vous : l'éditeur de template no code de Sigilium vous permet de créer et personnaliser votre template de signature email très facilement, sans aucune notion de code. L'éditeur HTML auquel vous faites référence est souvent utilisé par les équipes techniques qui aiment lire le code utilisé et toute la logique d'affichage associée.

Sigilium est une solution exceptionnelle pour la gestion des signatures de courriels ! Elle permet d’uniformiser facilement le format des signatures au sein de l’entreprise, renforçant ainsi l’image de marque et la cohérence de notre communication. J’apprécie particulièrement la possibilité de personnaliser les messages en fonction des services et des destinataires : un vrai atout pour adapter notre discours sans perdre en professionnalisme. Un autre point fort, souvent sous-estimé : l’aspect écologique. En interne, nous avons pu supprimer les lourdes bannières dans les signatures, ce qui réduit considérablement l’empreinte carbone liée aux emails. Une solution simple, efficace, durable et désormais incontournable !

L’uniformisation des signatures avec la possibilité de les personnaliser selon le service et le destinataire.

Cons

L’aspect écologique lié à la suppression des bannières est une excellente initiative qui réduit l’empreinte carbone des emails. Cette dimension pourrait être davantage mise en avant et valorisée dans la solution. En l’état, le bénéfice existe, mais il mériterait d’être mieux expliqué ou accompagné d’indicateurs concrets pour sensibiliser les utilisateurs.

Pros

Their support replies relatively fast but aren't able to resolve the issues anyway

Cons

The disappointment began even before I could use the product. When I tried to register, the website repeatedly showed an error. The support team was unhelpful, offering obvious suggestions like trying a different browser or clearing the cache, which, of course, didn’t resolve the issue. I ended up spending over an hour chatting with support and getting nowhere. Eventually, I tried registering through an incognito window, only to face more frustration. Despite selecting an English version of the website, the text and forms appeared in French. I started filling out the registration form but got distracted and didn’t finish or provide any consent. Surprisingly, about 10 minutes later, I received a welcome email from their team—how is that possible if I never agreed to their terms or policies? To make matters worse, the emails were in French. If you’re targeting a global market, why is your communication only in French?

Très simple à mettre en place, les modèles de signatures sont personnalisables avec un peu de connaissance en code et les différentes organisations sont faciles à personnaliser. Le service technique est vraiment réactif !

Cons

Certains problèmes de synchronisation sur des licences ou des bugs de signature mais vite résolus par le service technique.
