I listed my long term rental with Zillow rental manager and I liked the experience. It made it easy for people to apply and have background/credit checks done, and it was easy to schedule showings and upload the listing.

I decided not to use it for my rent collection because of the fee that it takes from the rent and how long it takes to depo

ZRM has allowed me to make easy payments to my landlord for years now. No more checks, just click the date and click submit and VOILA!, it's done!

Pros

I like how easy it is to remit payment for my rent.

Cons

At times, selecting the date can be challenging if I'm moving too fast thru the process.

I occasionally use Zillow rental manager to check the rental value when I search for homes on Zillow. It gives the rental price.

Pros

I like using Zillow to look up properties in specific areas and check the features and prices of the homes.

Cons

There isn’t really anything I can think of. I do prefer the Zillow real estate to the rental property but it’s helpful to know the rental value as well.

It was excellent. Easy to operate and find whatever it is your looking for without issues. And if you do run into any issues their customer service is superbly effective with short wait times and quick problem solving.

Pros

I love how organized the whole site is. Its filled with more information then you can ask for. Which is great. Even with all the content its super easy to navigate with out confusion.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like

Love the interaction with reaching out to potential renters/buyers. Very easy to use, update and integrate into platform.

sometimes the other companies related to Zillow do not update their website, leaving ads open after properties are no longer available

I wish you could upload video tours Sometimes it'll show that someone hasn't submitted an application when they have $9.99 per week seems steep, wish you could get a bulk discount for multiple units. Huge delay on recorded calls when tenant leads call

Pros

This software makes it extremely easy for an individual landlord to rent their property at a fraction of the cost of a realtor. It gives you access to the entire Zillow platform of customers and gives you all of the features you need to rent a property.

Cons

Signing leases are a little bit difficult on this platform, but once you get used to the interface, it becomes much easier.
