A useful tool that helps me find the perfect home to live in more quickly without having to visit several websites that are not as safe as Zillow.

Pros

I like Zillow because it has a wide variety of rental options that make it easy to choose the place where you feel most comfortable living. It is a very useful intermediary that makes the entire rental process easier. The contracts are quicker to sign and with the assurance that the entire process is legal and committed.

Cons

In my experience, I have not disliked anything and they have not let me down.

Zillow rental manager is great for both owners and tenants alike! Rental managers get paid via direct deposit and tenants don’t have to leave your front door to make their payment!

Pros

Zillow rental manager is the best way to keep track of your payments and home fees all the while improving your credit score with every paid month!

Cons

Sometimes we run into less tech savvy tenants and this makes this more difficult for them. Also internet connectivity is required this can hold up a transaction as well.

Pros

It allowed me to post a full ad with photos that show off all of the amazing units and amenities that my property has.

Cons

There really is not any thing that I did not like about Zillow Rental Manager. It is a great app to use.

It was a great experience for me. I was new to rent and becoming a land lord, and renter myself. This made it easy i love it love itt

Cons

The only thing I did not like was sometimes my app wouldn't load. IT also is a problem that has been fixed. no complaints about Zillow I LOVE THEM

Overall I prefer Zillow to other Apps used for rental management

Pros

Zillow has made it easy to view prospective rental properties before going to the property in person while also giving an opportunity to learn the background on that property and gain insight on the property owner. The application's ease of use is amazing and its integration with google maps helps alot.

Cons

There were times when I have reached out to a property owner and never received a reply only to later find out the property was no longer available or was never available to beign with. That can be very frustrating.

The side variety of houses for rent and purchase and if sponsored by zillow when applying for a rent house only a one tome application fee us needed.

Cons

When houses showed up on zillow but werent sponsored so it took me to a different site where another application fee was due.

Zillow Rental Manager was great. From the implementation of Zillow Rental Manager to close, our property was rented within 45 days of listing.

Pros

Zillow Rental manager was able to assist us in renting out our guest house; It enabled the process to be smooth and efficient, easily connecting us with our listing agent

Cons

Zillow Rental Manager was ultimately great for us, however it charges us an MLS fee amongst proceeding with contracting to our potential renters.

Overall zillow reaches alot of people in our local market, so it has been a great tool for our company. I wish the zillow marketing portion offered more.

Pros

I love being able to market on a large platform such as Zillow, we are able to collect inquires/ showings/leads through Zillow. I also enjoy the fact that Zillow auto-populates information when posting a listing.

Cons

I don't like that zillow does not offer stats for your listings. I also don't like that I cannot schedule an add to be removed. For the marketing package offered we will post our listings for 2 weeks, it would be great if we could schedule when the ad gets removed.

I’ve been using Zillow off and on for several years, and I’m always able to easily find what I’m looking for. Aside from a few nagging issues, this app has been a godsend.

Pros

Very easy to read, simple to use, intuitive search, and my absolute favorite: being able to draw a circle around a map to find homes in a specific area.

Cons

There’s some kind of glitch where when I look at all the listings and I’m scrolling through all the results, that sometimes it just closes the search out, meaning I have to start all over again. Since it doesn’t show you which places you’ve looked at, you have no idea where you should pick back up to continue looking.
