I have found the platform to be very user-friendly and the resources to be very helpful. The platform offers a variety of features, such as a course directory, a Q&A forum, and a library of study materials. I have used the platform to find resources for a variety of courses, and I have found the resources to be very helpful in boosting my grades. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Course Hero and would recommend it to other students. Pros I found CourseHero to be an invaluable resource during my time in college. I was able to find study guides and materials for almost all of my classes, which made studying a breeze. I also loved the fact that I could upload my own study materials and help other students who were struggling in my classes. Overall, I found CourseHer to be an incredibly helpful and user-friendly website. The flexibility to choose my own study schedule. Cons There is no clear way to contact CourseHero customer service. I had to search online to find a customer service phone number, and even then, the wait time was very long. Additionally, the site is difficult to navigate and doesn't have a lot of features that would make it easier to use. Reason for choosing Course Hero I had wasted my money on studypool. I do not be like being lied to and told her I’m getting expert help when it is actually AI. Also, I was told a supervisor would call me back within 24 hours and It’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve heard nothing and never will. Pros Some of the documents are helpful. They have a variety of documents They accept uploads for credit also. Cons They lie when they say “Expert Help” is AI. I was told this directly by one of the representatives. Cons Yes, I feel a few features could be improved or added in Course Hero. For example, it would be helpful if students could collaborate remotely on projects and share documents on the platform. As it stands now, if students want to work together, they must use an external platform such as Google Docs. I would also like to see an improved user interface and navigation options. Integration with existing business processes in Course Hero can also be difficult. Many times have I submitted correct answers without being rewarded, and I have seen many colleagues being removed and had the balance they had in their account taken away and their original work. Overall, I may say that Course Hero treats students well, but not tutors. Pros I like it When you take a course; you can access documents of people who have taken the same class which can be of crucial help to you. I like how easy it is to navigate the platform. Course hero pays tutors well. Cons I don't like how easy it is to plagiarise via course hero. I don't particularly appreciate how tutors and experts who are not experts in the field give random answers to your inquiries and questions. I don't like how pricey the premium membership is. Pros Nothing. I found the question I was looking to answer, but it was blurred. I then paid to see the answer. It was not college-level. So I canceled. Then charged me again, so I wrote customer service, who claimed that I didn't cancel in time. Now, I'm being charged AGAIN for the 3rd month of not using it. So, I check on the website... my account still not cancelled. GOOD GRIEF! I don't have $100 to throw away on trash. This isn't fair. Maybe one day they'll cancel as I've requested 3 times now?
