Training new employees to use it was very easy and our residents loved it. It was simple for them, and they liked the extra layer of security Amenity Boss added to our amenity areas. Pros Amenity Boss allows us to track amenity users and control the access, insuring residents of equipment availability and room. We have used it for Yoga class reservations, pickle ball courts, fitness facilities, even the pool. It also allows us to prevent non-residents from gaining access. It allowed us to keep up with staying under capacity limits, keep track of contact tracing and even allowed us to find ways to use Amenity Boss for special event reservations. Pros Amenity Boss allowed our property teams to be able to easily set up and administer amenity registration for residents, as well as monitor usage of amenities by resident. Cons The biggest negative feedback we received from our property staff that used Amenity Boss regularly is the inability to re-open an amenity spot if someone does not show up for their reserved time slot. The time slot must be cancelled prior to the time slot beginning. This made it difficult to better service residents when we were reaching the capacity of any of our amenities.
