Utilizzo InReception da circa un anno e posso dire di essere molto soddisfatto. La piattaforma è intuitiva e facile da usare, anche per chi non è particolarmente esperto di gestionali. Le principali funzionalità sono ben organizzate e permettono di gestire prenotazioni, check-in e check-out in modo semplice e veloce. Un punto di forza è sicuramente l’assistenza clienti: sempre disponibile, rapida nelle risposte e molto attenta a risolvere ogni dubbio o esigenza. Questo mi ha dato grande tranquillità nell’utilizzo quotidiano. In sintesi, dopo un anno di utilizzo, posso confermare che InReception è uno strumento affidabile, pratico e con un ottimo supporto: lo consiglio a chi cerca un gestionale completo ma allo stesso tempo facile da usare.

Pros

l’assistenza clienti: sempre disponibile, rapida nelle risposte e molto attenta a risolvere ogni dubbio o esigenza.

Cons

Mancata possibilità di inviare i preventivi via WhatsApp e di avere il testo del preventivo in lingua inglese

I've been using InReception for a few years now as a channel manager, booking engine, and automated messaging management system, as well as guest check-in and ISTAT communications for my four short-term rental properties.

Pros

Ease of use, user-friendly interface, always available, capable, and effective after-sales customer care, without bots or phone lines that keep you on hold for hours. All this for a fee I've truly never found anywhere else.

Cons

Probably the fact that it is not optimized for mobile and does not have tutorials/manuals explaining the various features. It's not integrated with Whatsapp Business.

We have been using inReception as our B&B's PMS for quite some time and are very satisfied with the features offered. Recently, we experienced an exceptional demonstration of their proactive support: \[sensitive content hidden\] from the commercial team reached out proactively to help us optimize our system configuration and prevent potential issues. This level of customer care goes well beyond the standard expectations from a software provider. The system is reliable, user-friendly, and the team demonstrates technical expertise and proactivity that make a real difference in our property's daily management. Highly recommended.

Cons

While the platform is comprehensive and feature-rich, the reporting functionalities, although complete and sufficient for our needs, could be enhanced with more advanced analytics and customization options. The initial setup was actually very straightforward and user-friendly

InReception l'ho trovato e lo trovo ottimo piano gestionale per piccole strutture ricettive come è la mia. Ormai sono già 5 anni che collaboro con loro.

per il momento non ho nulla da ridire, ottima collaborazione e spero di continuare a collaborare ancora.

Piccoli ma grandi inconsiderazione del prezzo non si può avere di meglio dinamici ,pronti a recepire nuove esigenze , molto attenti al cliente.

Nulla , non posso dire niente di particolare hanno trovato sempre la giusta soluzione al problema presentato.

Abbiamo gestito con InReception le nostre 10 piccole strutture alberghiere senza mai riscontrare problemi dovuti ad InReception.

Pros

Prodotto molto intuitivo alla portata di chiunque, assistenza sempre disponibile e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molto consigliato per chi è alle prime armi e cerca un gestionale affidabile e immediato.

Cons

Prodotto ottimo e facile da usare, unica macchia il booking engine potrebbe essere migliorato graficamente.

Good overall would be 5 Star review if booking engine was easy for customers to use. As is customers go straight back to the evil empire of booking.com.

Pros

A lot of is great and works well and is a great help for a small hotel.

Cons

Major minus point is that thebooking engine tuens customers away. I have tried to get a response from the support on this many times but no answer. No app.It is not practical to use on telephone.

Credo che non se ne possa fare a meno per chi si occupa di accoglienza turistica.

Pros

E' praticamente quello che serve per gestire al meglio una struttura turistica. Dai calendari alle prenotazioni, canali vari di prenotazioni alla burocrazia.

Cons

E' fatto così bene che per pignoleria aggiungerei la possibilità di form per check-in online da poter inviare al cliente magari via mail (come il link per la prenotazione dal sito), l'invio automatico dei dati istat come già fa per tassa di soggiorno e schedine alloggiati, e una sezione, dopo prenotato, dove si può stampare il contratto. Un'app sarebbe il top.

Esperienza buona, il software è molto utile, ma l'interfaccia migliorabile.

Pros

mette insieme diversi canali di prenotazione per camere/appartamenti come booking o airbnb, rendendo immediata la sincronizzazione dei calendari e l'impostazione dei prezzi.

Cons

Credo che l'interfaccia grafica sia migliorabile, e che sarebbe molto utile una configurazione idonea per smartphone.
