Schnell und sicher. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch das Backoffice ist bei Problemen immer gut zu erreichen.

Cons

Diese Blacklist der fehlerhaften Telefonnummern. Wäre gut, wenn die nicht mehr existierenden Tel Nr automatisch gelöscht werden.

Schneller und unkomplizierter Service, einfache Handhabung, Software-kompatibel, monatliche und übersichtliche Abrechnung

Cons

Teuer; keine Warnung, wenn dieselbe SMS am gleichen Tag an denselben Empfänger doppelt versandt wird und dann doppelt abgerechnet wird.

Genau, einfach, zuverlässig, effizient und komplikationslos. Es macht große Freude für unsere Patienten.

Cons

Ab und an kommt es vor, dass einige Patienten keine Erinnerung bekommen, obwohl die Nummer richtig im Software eingetragen ist. Vielleicht liegt dieses Problem an dem Dental Software (SoftDent).

Verlässlicher sms Versand. Wir nutzen es als Terminerinnerungsservice für unsere Zahnarztordination.

Cons

SMS ins Ausland sind noch recht teuer. Viele Patienten kommen auch aus Deutschland oder anderen EU Staaten.

Meine bisherige Erfahrung ist durchweg positiv: Das System läuft stabil, wirkt technisch sauber umgesetzt und fügt sich problemlos in meinen Arbeitsalltag ein. Auch längere Nutzung oder mehrere parallele Aktionen führen zu keinerlei Problemen. Insgesamt ein sehr zuverlässiger Begleiter, der hält, was er verspricht.

Pros

Die Plattform überzeugt durch eine sehr klare Struktur, schnelle Reaktionszeiten und eine absolut zuverlässige Funktionsweise. Besonders gefällt mir, dass alles intuitiv bedienbar ist und man ohne lange Einarbeitung produktiv arbeiten kann. Insgesamt ein durchdachtes, modernes Produkt, das im Alltag spürbar Zeit spart.

Cons

Bisher sind mir im praktischen Einsatz keine wirklichen Nachteile aufgefallen. Kleinere Optimierungen wären vielleicht bei einzelnen Detailfunktionen möglich, aber nichts davon hat die Nutzung bislang beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt gibt es aktuell nichts Wesentliches zu kritisieren.

Guter Service, gute Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter, sehr stabiles System, einfache Handhabung des Systems und gute Einbindung in Ordinationssoftware

eigentlich sehr zufrieden. habe tatsächlich keine relevanten Verbesserungsvorschläge. Natürlich könnten die Tarife noch günstiger sein, aber an und für sich schon ok.

Wir benutzen dies in dMeine allgemeine Erfahrung mit Websms: Die Plattform wirkt in der Regel benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv. Das Versenden von Nachrichten funktioniert zügig, die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich gestaltet, und Funktionen wie Kontakte importieren, Anhänge senden oder Gruppenkonversationen verwalten lassen sich meist ohne hohen Aufwand nutzen. Die Zustellbestätigungen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen tragen zu einem zuverlässigen Nutzungserlebnis bei. Insgesamt ist Websms für schnelle, plattformübergreifende Kommunikation praktisch und unkomplizierter alltäglichen Terminkoordination und sind sehr zufrieden

Benutzerfreundlichkeit: Oft einfache, übersichtliche Oberfläche und schnelles Messaging. Plattformübergreifend: Zugriff von Desktop, Tablet oder Smartphone aus, unabhängig vom Gerät. Schnelle Zustellung: Rasche Versand- und Empfangsbestätigungen schaffen Vertrauen. Funktionen rund um Kontakte: Import, Gruppen, Broadcast-Nachrichten erleichtern Kommunikation. Sicherheit und Spam-Schutz: Schutzmaßnahmen erhöhen das sichere Nutzungsgefühl. Flexibilität: Anhänge, kurze Antworten, Statusanzeigen – oft vielseitig einsetzbar.

Cons

Für mich gibt es wenig bis keine Nachteile an Websms, da die Plattform oft einfach zu bedienen ist, schnelle Nachrichten ermöglicht und plattformübergreifend funktioniert. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv, die Zustellungsbestätigung gibt Sicherheit, und Spam-Schutz sorgt für ein angenehmes Nutzungserlebnis. Insgesamt gibt es kaum Verbesserungsbedarf, denn alles läuft reibungslos und zuverlässig – daher gibt es nichts Wesentliches, das zu bemängeln wäre.
