When I first reached out to them, I was shown a quick, easy to understand Demo. My questions were answered in a very detailed manner and there were few proactive follow up conversations. After implementing the product I do feel confident with not only product performance, but also with all the customer support that is being offered. Someone is always available to answer any question we have, no matter how trivial they are. When we work on new integrations, Prophaze team is always available to help with it. There are many companies out there with good products, but not often you find one with such a level of support. Pros Very easy to implement Integrations (Slack and so on) Customer Support Cons I do not have anything I dislike about it. Reasons for choosing Prophaze WAF Bigger companies were trying to just sell their products and sounded like well prepared robots . I did not feel like they have any personal interest in working with, since we are a small start up. Prophaze showed personal interest, made us feel that they will always be there for us even after the implementation and they proved it.
