This application is at least a backup alternative to older and well-known analogues. Pros It's good that you can make calls with Zoom Phone from different devices. I sometimes call from my computer and sometimes from my phone. Call quality is almost always good. It has greatly aided our virtual meet and minimised the risks we run when we fix physical meetings always . Pros Zoom is an excellent tool for virtual meetings. I love particularly its feature that allows the admin to take control of who speaks or who doesn't through the mute button. Cons Zoom is easy to use . It was easy to join and you can set it up to request a log in and password. I like having the options to change certain settings like which screen I'm on and the host has the choice to mute others to ensure a quality phone zoom call. Pros It was super easy to join the link and get logged into the call on my cell phone. I didn't have to enter a password or anything to join using the link I was provided to join the call. Pros The functionality in it's own right is clever. It is easy to use for anyone. Even thoughs who are not so tech savvy (like myself). Cons There are so many delys in the feed. I do live in a rural area though. I am sure that is at least partly the cause. Pros Ce logiciel est très utile en ce moment de pandémie. Je l'utilise dans mes cours mais aussi pour parler à mon entourage. Cette application est parfait pour faire des réunions de famille puisque nous pouvons être plusieurs à la fois. Et puis à l'école aussi nous l'utilisons et les professeurs trouve que cela les aide beaucoup pour enseigner. Aussi ce que j'aime de ce logiciel c'est qu'il indique quelle personne qui parle à l'aide d'un encadrer jaune, cela est très utile pour les appels de groupe. Cons L'un des points faibles est qu'il est parfois plus complexe de ce connecter pour des gens qui ne sont pas très a l'aise avec la technologie, cela peut être difficile. Pros Most important and lovely feature of this application is it's interface , the way it's design is soo good, i lobe you use it, it is easy to use and can do work without any problem or technical issue, one can use it without any prior technical knowledge. Cons some problem that i am facing is that some time out calls get glich and voice and video don't match, and while presentation there are many problem of sharing and viewing , it can be fix it will be soo good. Cons I wish we could use the SMS feature with our ported numbers and we weren't told ahead of time that it was a limitation.
