Pros I love the fact that I finally have a phone solution integrated with video conference calling. It lives natively in the Zoom platform which is great. Pros Zoom offers a great online meeting software design that almost makes it seamless. Many people have had to switch to online meetings now during the COVID-19 era and Zoom has helped out greatly. My parents used it and they are senior. Pros The App allowed me to do tons of reunions with friends during quarantine, the ability to share your screen to do some games and have everyone connected in one place was amazing. Now I also use the app to teach other people some topics, thanks to the toolbar. I love the feature that allow me to draw on the screen is AMAZING! Pros It was so simple and fast to download the Zoom phone app - able to download on the go and connect to my meeting within 5 minutes! Cons Product itself is super easy to use and log into - the only downside was that it drained my battery after an hour long video call. Pros How it helps the host of a conference call to have lots of control over other participants on the call. Cons The little difficulty I experienced the first time I joined a zoom call. Due to obvious reasons my job was killed by the COVID 19. So I reinvented myself and started offering virtual tours of my city (and some others). Zoom Phone was my friend during this change and it was great! Pros Im really happy with Zoom Phone. All audio and video are stable and it's safe. Im talking about passwords and that the host is the only one who can record reunions and let people in.
