Cons The UI is odd. You have a small window that populates on the side of your screen. It's annoying because it's hard to minimize and is always blocking your other windows. Going forward it looks like we will be switching to Teams but we will still be using zoom phone Pros It's sImple to use and we got to replace our physical phones with a simple digital interface. June 22, 2021 3.0 I used it couple of times for distance learning, and it was probably the worst experience I had. But, not everything is that bad. If you are in a hurry and must attend to a meeting, it can be very useful. Pros Handy, if you have the meeting invitation, it'll go just fine. Its best asset is that the tool can be very handy when you are on the run for another meeting. Cons Expensive, if you use it on your phone using mobile data, you'll run out of it. Pros Lo que mas me ha gustado es que es una forma muy fácil de mantenerte en contacto y poder continuar con tus labores, ya sean estudios trabajos o una simple Reunión familiar, así mismo incorpora un chat y función de compartir pantalla que resultan realmente útiles a la hora de querer mostrar algo. Cons Lo que menos me gusta de zoom es que utiliza demasiados recursos y consume demasiado internet por lo que en reuniones grandes es bastante difícil que funcione con todas las cámaras y micrófonos encendidos, sin embargo con una buena conexión a la red y un buen equipo no hay de que preocuparse. " August 26, 2021 5.0 The organization I work for had a phone system wherein I had a physical phone extension. I physically worked in the office. Voicemails were forwarded to my email. During the pandemic, there was no way for someone to call me directly for a business call without me giving out my cell phone. Along comes Zoom phone, which my employer recently implemented. Now I have a better system than ever with all the "pros" I listed separately. Pros I like these things best about my new Zoom phone: -Versatile for working in the office or away, -Ability to answer calls on my smartphone or computer -Voicemails forwarded to email, and are even transcribed -High call quality -I no longer have to share my personal phone number for business purposes -Easy to use Cons I have not thought of anything that I do not like about my Zoom phone so far! Sales is ... irritating. Pros Zoom Phone is an excellent product. It works great and the phone setup is pretty easy once you get through some little details. Cons We need to reduce our spend and they won't let us out of our contract until September. If I can't cut some expenses in the age of Covid, we might not be around until September. But they don't care; they're not offering us any way to reconcile this without staying on contract for another 8 months. May 17, 2021 5.0 Remote meeting is made easy as though you were physically in the office and I have been a beneficiary because I haven't physically been to the office and I've been able to work effectively and present my report without any problem. Work has been more effective with zoom. Pros Working remotely has been made easy with the use of zoom in presenting our daily reports. The application hasn't required any technical knowledge to use and anyone of us with access have been able to setup remote meeting to present various work related. Integrating this application with our in-house system has been seamless and no difficulty so far in synchronization with our mail system. Overall it is a great app to use. Cons Integrating zoom with our business process wasn't difficult at all because it was easy integrating with our mail system and every participant gets a notification almost immediately. It's cheaper, simpler and everyone knows it. Pros Zoom is now king of teleconferences. That's why the app is on every device on the market. You can hire this service for everyone on your company and no one is going to have a problem. Zoom Phone is based on software, that's why the audio is clean and no one will notice you are not on a regular phone. It's really easy to use, and everyone is now use to the app. Cons It doesn't support texting. If you have a problem, is really difficult to talk to a rep. Voicemails can't be configured to have their own shared box. Rumour has it that Zoom is not really safe. Pros I find that zoom is a very fluid software, the packages are affordable, it is very easy to use. We have a quality at the level of video calls, and a dashboard quite provided. Cons It has some problems with data sharing and intrusions. I have noticed some security flaws especially when it comes to data sharing on Facebook.
