CEO Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Complete Train Wreck" January 9, 2024 1.0 We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions. Pros We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business. Cons The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent. Review Source Hesandu D. We have been using this software for more than 6 months. Little things to not to like. A brilliant Software. Best conferencing software we have been using in pandemic. Pros The best thing I like in this software is it's Quality. It has very good quality audio and video. No lag in low end devices. Very easy to use. It's totally free to host a conference between 100 people . The recording feature is also available with this application .Great application to have video conversations. Cons Need a good internet connection. If the connection is not stable quality of the meeting will be reduce .Free license has many limitations. Pros I love that people can join meetings from anywhere - on the job site (we are an organization for architects), from the car, or literally anywhere else. Cons The audio quality can be a bit hit or miss (likely due to cell reception, if I had to guess). We mapped zoom with outlook so all meetings are being schedule via zoom meetings and also have zoom guest room facilty so its good at all. Pros I am using zoom for daily call with seniors customer and also with vendor while facing any issue with network or any other issue. My meetings don't lose quality, I can still use all the tools and optimize my time. I recommend everyone to have Zoom Phone installed on theirs. Pros I like that I can attend my meeting from my phone while I'm on my way to work or simply doing other things, I can block my phone and still listen to my classes and it doesn't consume much data or battery. What I then proceeded to my business, which required me to share every time with my reseller or dropshipper agent outside the city, about the presence of new products and receiving input from my agent. And it really helped me. Pros Zoom has been our main communication tool in reaching out to our sales agents in the business community. Before the pandemic or during the pandemic, I used zoom to interact with sales agents spread across several cities. Easy to use, and helps me to share our products with several sales agents such as resellers and dropshippers. Cons Not all of our agents are familiar with zoom, and sometimes they are still confused about using existing features. And I also had trouble sending files to our agent so I had to use email to do it. Pros Zoom has become an effective and interactive tool to connect me to friends overseas since the covid-19 spread. We can connect fast, stable, and at any time by setting a secure link with or without a password to be shared through smartphones or laptops. Last year I had no idea what it was or how to use it. That sure changed quickly. It's easy enough to use, but lacks the ease of Google Meets. However, it is the most used platform in my district meaning that I use it daily, and it has been easy enough to adapt to. Overall, great, and definitely helps during this challenging time! Pros Zoom brought us back into school when we were not able to be in person. Zoom has good features and is easy enough to figure out without much training. Some features are a little confusing still, despite my using it every day, but its a really good option to connect when you are not in person. Cons Some features are challenging to figure out at first. Facilitating meetings without experience can be confusing. Just playing with it has helped though! December 21, 2020 5.0 I use Zoom Phone almost everyday for work and prefer using this software over any others that I have used to date! Pros Zoom is super easy to use from your computer, but having the ability to use it just as effectively from your phone is a huge plus and gives zoom the edge over some other video communication tools that I've used in the past. Having the option to call in from a phone number or to video call from your phone makes the tool perfect for occupations where you have to travel as well. Cons The only downside that I've experienced with Zoom is the audio issues I face (rarely, but they do occur). Connecting to Zoom audio through bluetooth doesn't always work the first time and I sometimes have to leave and join the call in order to get the audio to work correctly. Review Source ED Eva D. Pros I have lived abroad and video called family for years and this allows for the most continued computer functionality while on a call. Using other software, my computer would slow down during a call, or a call would get interrupted if I tried to switch to other functions. This allows ease of sharing files, videos, and website use during a call. I love all the features! Screen shares, controlling others' screens, backgrounds, and sound filtering. Cons It would be nice if there were a way to reduce some of the sound filtration sometimes. Even if you check to not reduce background sound.
