IE user is OFFLINE yet call sits in Queue because they are Available for queue. It was fairly easy to set up and is a breeze to use. Once the client was downloaded to my machine, I put it in the startup so it is ready as soon as my computer boots up. It's very easy to use. Considering the competition, this is far easier to use than any others I've used and far less expensive. Pros VoIP. It works across apps, while sitting at my desk, or on the road on my cell phone. It takes voice and video and integrates well into the Zoom family. Cons I really have few complaints. Perhaps a wish: I wish that it could automatically screen out robo and fake calls. Accessing the platform via the mobile app is expeditious, requiring less than a minute. Additionally, I appreciate receiving daily notifications regarding meeting schedules, alleviating the need for manual note-taking or reminders on my phone. Cons I dislike the fact that most meetings under a free version only last for 40 minutes. I wish they could make them last for an hour at most. How May I Help?" September 13, 2023 5.0 If I had to provide an overall score, I would say 9/10. This is a wonderful program to have, especially when your busy, you have the automated response system. Not having to use the desk phone makes it easie to access and conveniently friendly as well. Pros The thing that I like most about the ZOOM phone, is the fact that I get multiple notifications. You get notifications on your desktop, laptop, and cell phone. It is sometimes important to get more than one notification because you might not be readily available from your desk but are able to respond to your phone if you are out in the field and cannot get to your desk. The automated feature can give the person on the other end a sense of relief that someone will call them back after leaving a message. Cons Sometimes the automated spell check on the voicemail is not always accurate and can make words out to be spell something else. When a call comes through, it interrupts your typing, when trying to type up an email. You have to stop what you're doing and give ZOOM your full attention.I can't think of anything else that would be a negative impact as of right now. One of the biggest issues for us is lack of digital fax. It was a great experience for me. Pros Zoom Phone is very helpful for anyone that are constantly on-the-go but need to join the meeting session with client or colleague. It operate from my smartphone, which mean i don't need my laptop to launch the application. The audio quality always clear and i had never had problem with the audio. Cons I can't change the audio calls from using my phone carrier to be using the VOIP. It need to be setup before the call are made, and can not change it in the middle of the session. Pros All the functions offered by Zoom, are extracted and put in the app for Google Play and App Store, the great advantages that can be seen is that you can make meetings from the comfort of your smartphone, this is an alternative because by far and in my opinion will be better version on the computer, but this app what it does is that you can get out of a hurry for any emergency you have, you can enter without problems to your online meeting and have the same functions that you have on the pc. Cons The mobile version, at the beginning since I started using it, was a bit slow and had several things to improve, since I was seeing it in an early stage to have the version it has today. Once this was fixed, Zoom now has an excellent mobile app, as I find it faster and easier to use for any user who wants to make a quick meeting and share it practically at any time with the use of their smartphone.
