I have been using Adit services for a number of years. They are very quick to respond to requests we make on our website, and often suggest ideas that can make our website stand out better and showcase our services. They offer many services at a fair price.

Cons

We have had some issues with setting up some of our online forms, with multiple forms being placed in different areas that are not all updated at one time when we request changes.

Adit has been a great investment for our dental practice. The platform offers strong value for the money, especially considering how many features are included—patient communication, online scheduling, call tracking, forms, and marketing analytics all in one place. It replaced multiple tools we were paying for separately, which streamlined our processes and saved costs. What stands out the most is their support team. Anytime we need help, we’re able to reach someone quickly, and they provide real solutions rather than just sending us a generic article.

Cons

f there’s one area Adit can continue improving, it’s their insurance verification protocols. There is room for smoother automation and workflow refinement. That said, they are constantly working on updates and enhancements, and we’ve already seen improvements since adopting the platform.

it has been good, waiting for new phone system to discover all the other things it will do to help our workflow.

Pros

Adit seems to get have a great platform for adding forms directly into out practice mgmt. This saves alot of time from scanning and having done before patient comes in.

Cons

Adit will send out reminder to patient to schedule when not seen in ofc for awhile, but patient already has appointment.

There were some hiccups during the setup process, but once those were resolved, the platform has been easy to navigate and use.

Pros

Overall, Adit has been user-friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of the mobile app, which make communicating with patients quick and easy.

Cons

Our least favorite aspect of Adit is the requirement for a signature and email on every form, which is time-consuming and feels unnecessary.

### "Very user friendly system"

It has been good. like is said we have had hiccups in the beginning but i think with any company there can be those bumps in the road. it only is worth it if a company is willing to learn from those and take steps to repair what is broken and not stay stagnate. I am looking forward to the changes they have made to the dashboard with that said.

Pros

The dashboard is very user friendly. As well as their support team is very timely. Previous companies that we have used you normally have to call or message and then wait. They get you connected right away and if it is something that will take time, they let you know and will follow u periodically. The reach out randomly to make sure we are doing ok and if there is anything they can help with as well as sharing new features that are included or you can add to you your plan. They actually take our feedback on things. when we started the patient had to specifically reply with a "C" to confirm their appointments. we provided that we would like a positive affirmation to be able to do that like a "thumbs up emoji" or ok". it took a bit, but they did finally implement that.

Cons

We do have the occasional issue with static in our phones, but they have always been on top of trying to resolve it. And we did have a couple hiccups with the afterhours usage in the beginning. Those have been resolved to our satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with Adit was positive. I really appreciated their customer service, which was very responsive and easy to work with whenever questions or issues came up. I also liked how customizable Adit is, especially when it comes to forms and patient messaging, which allowed us to tailor workflows and communications to fit the needs of our practice.

Pros

I liked the text-to-pay feature, as it made the payment process much more convenient and efficient for both patients and our team. Patients appreciated being able to pay quickly and securely from their phones, and it helped streamline checkout and reduce friction at the front desk.

Cons

From an administrative perspective, I didn’t like that all employees have access to listen to recorded phone calls, which raises concerns around privacy, oversight, and appropriate access controls.

Very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone, especially coming from one of their competitors Weave.

Pros

Very easy to use as a billing specialist in a medical practice. It lets us send out reminders automatically to patients to pay their bills.

Cons

The new update is busy and not as good as where it was before. There is too much going on all at once and now even at it's smallest it still takes up 80% of the screen.

I have had a pleasant experience with Adit so far! I greatly enjoy the software and what it has done for our ability to connect with our patients!

Pros

I really enjoyed utilizing Adit a lot. The software makes call tracking and call texting seamless, which allows me to communicate with patients, even on the go.

Cons

I have not had any major issues with Adit at this point. The only challenge has been occasional outages, but this is usually do to the Internet, rather than the software

Extremely pleased since we incorporated Adit about 4 years ago! Adit has proven to provide customer service in a timely fashion.

Pros

Adit provides the ease of dependable communication between our practice and patients in the form of texting, call tracking, forms and reminders. Regarding this, sensitive information is secure which gives our practice a sense of peace and our patients love the personal attention they receive via custom responses. Adit provides timely customer support if an issue arises and the representatives are so knowledgeable and committed to providing exemplary service and quick resolution. I also like the fact that I can access Adit when away from the office by having their app and even connected to my Apple watch. This allows us to view our calendar if any changes occur to our schedule. Of course, I also protect my time when not at work but it helps to monitor if any emergency correspondences arise with our patients. Again, this allows our doctors to respond quickly to our patients and they are amazed they can reach us after hours. Patients and our staff alike, agree Adit is so very user friendly and we have the options to tailor Adit to our needs and desires. In addition, this system is so very user friendly and is also so very quick to learn and navigate!

Cons

I really don't have any real or concerning complaints about Adit. If I had to, I suppose I would mention at times when speaking with a representative, there may be a language barrier.

Our office's overall experience with Adit, not just the platform but with their customer service as well has been impeccable. They have so many features that keep us running smoothly and if ever needed, their customer service is top notch! They respond quickly and work hard to fulfill all tasks they are assigned. Highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a streamline platform for their office.

Pros

One of our favorite features of the Adit platform is the user interface. It is easy to use and covers a wide array of communication and interaction capabilities. Their features help make our office functions as streamline as possible.

Cons

We do not currently have a least favorite feature with Adit. All of the features offered are very easy to use and contribute to our office running smoothly.

It has been a good asset for our office to use and communicate with patients. We pay the yearly fee, not monthly. We have been with ADIT for several years and its all included what we need and we are not paying for added on services.

Pros

Easy to use and there is an app that is great. Has an easy learning curve for all levels of tech involved people.

Cons

There is nothing i can think of, when there is a problem there has been some sort of outage that gets resolved and communicated that it is being worked on.

Best Communication System in Dentistry for all the things that it does and does it well at a good competitive price compared to all the other competitors like SmileReminder, Demandforce, Weave, Revenuewell, etc. Not only is it a communication system but its an Analytics system like Dental Intel but its included in their packaged program. And it has a review system that can be automated. Its Nice!!!

Pros

Another colleague doctor talked about Adit at a CE Course meeting. He showed me all the things it can do like phone app and communicating with patient and calling them through your cell phone and patients only see your office phone number. You can see the schedule, patients list access and digital forms uploaded for patients and alot of other perks Adit provides all for way better pricing than other competitors that offer only 1-2 things for a higher price.

Cons

The Review System can be improved by not having patient log in to leave a review or a person who doesn't have a Gmail account. This would make it so that the patient will be incline to do the review. I believe its one of the holdups. I had to hire birdeye who has this feature where patients leave direct reviews and the verbage in asking for the review is the best. I have now gotten more reviews from people who have been long time patients but never left reviews due to this issue I am describing to you. Either Birdeye has a deal or a way with google to do so to allow this or its the way they are setup in their design. Adit team needs to look into this and make it so that your review system can do the same. For now i put a hold on Pozative because we just aren't getting reviews through this design system. If you are able to do this, then i will start using it again, but i'm locked in for 1 year with Birdeye.

User interphase and the practice analytics have been vital to having a good pulse on my practice. The integrations with my practice management software has also been extremely helpful to see all things happening in my practice in a streamlined view.

Initial setup took some time, and transferring forms took time but the support that was given by the adit team has been great.

Pros

We've been using Adit at our dental practice since January, and it's been a game-changer! From the start, the onboarding process was as close to seamless as you can get. The phone system is excellent—clear, reliable, and easy for our team to navigate. The features Adit offers are incredibly helpful and have made our day-to-day operations more efficient. Everything from patient communication to appointment management has been simplified.

Cons

What I liked least about Adit was the initial phone setup process. While the system itself works great now, the onboarding experience was a bit challenging. Since everything is handled remotely—either over the phone or through web support—there were moments where communication felt unclear or things got lost in translation. It would have been helpful to have more hands-on guidance or in-person support during that phase. That said, once everything was up and running, the platform has proven to be extremely helpful and efficient. It just took a little extra patience in the beginning to get things dialed in.

Overall it was a great experience. They have fantastic customer service. Our on-boarding process was very thorough and got us up and running right away.

Pros

Very customizable. From call tree setup to custom forms, this platform offered a lot more flexibility than our last provider. The customer service is awesome. The app is also fantastic.

Cons

It contacts the patient with every schedule change. If you move a patient from one provider to another or to another chair, it sends an appt confirmation with each change. Kind of annoying for the patient. Also, the actual phones are not as nice as our previous phone provider.

My experience with Adit has been amazing, the team always goes above and beyond. Their customer service and all their team have been very helpful.

Pros

I love everything about ADIT! Adit has been our #1 tool for patient communication. The ability to have a phone service via ADIT, and also record our calls, play back our calls is a mega plus. From patient communication, to patient forms, to practice analytics. ADIT has it all. Super happy with ADIT.

Cons

I don't have anything negative about ADIT for now. But if I could say I like something least, it would be nothing.

has been over a year since we started working with them, and they have significantly helped improve our office operations. For example, our communication with patients has greatly improved. We are now able to text them individually or send a mass text for office announcements.

Pros

Whenever my team and I encounter an issue or need assistance with the software, Adit is incredibly fast and responsive in helping us. We also truly value that Adit proactively checks in to see how we are doing and takes the time to provide thorough training on the software. This level of support is truly outstanding.

Cons

I am generally satisfied with Adit, but one area for improvement would be their weekend availability. Our office operates on weekends, and when we encounter issues, we have to wait until the next business day for assistance. It would be very helpful if Adit could offer weekend support.

Adit has been helpful with automating certain protocols (i.e. uploading documents into patient SmartDocs and updating patient notes with text message correspondences).

Pros

Adit is user-friendly, modern, and efficient. We believe that its a fair price for the services we are provided and the software is easy to learn. We appreciate the high security and support offered when we need help fielding technical issues.

Cons

We previously suggested that Adit would benefit from notifying users when patient's update credit card information. This allows for offices to monitor payment arrangements and verify patient information.

Pros

Adit is great with reminding our patients of upcoming appointments, we can set the reminders to send a few months out to a few days. It is very helpful for those recall appointments you schedule 6 months out.

Cons

I wish we could schedule a phone override message. We like to use this feature for holiday closures and you have to physically go in and turn it on when you would like to override your calls.
