### "The tool I have been searching for"

The biggest problem I had that I have been able to overcome is finding the right owner information and closed deals with it.

Pros

The feature that is most impactful is the ability to find the right information on the owners. The product is easy to use. Integration with my existing business process has been flawless.

Cons

The feature I would like to be improved is the ability to connect it to Salesforce a little easier, and be able to import to the CRM the owner information we are interested in.

### "Be Careful With Reonomy"

Reonomy is a decent platform for searching properties. Ownership info is about 50/50. By far, the worst part about the platform is the predatory practices they employ when it comes time to cancel. Even when following the cancellation policies to a tee, they will continue to bill and make it your new part time job to send dozens of emails and phone calls attempting to refund payments they were never authorized to bill in the first place.

Pros

The platform syncs well with Google Maps, and browsing properties is pretty intuitive.

Cons

Customer service and billing are an absolute disgrace. After canceling my subscription well in advance of the notice period and receiving multiple confirmations that my account would NOT renew, Reonomy still continued to charge my card without authorization — to the tune of over $1,000. This is not a billing error. This is predatory and unethical behavior. Avoid this platform like the plague.

### "Reonomy, how to make it more valuable"

We often do consulting or are asked to do commercial real estate appraisals. We find that 80% of the properties in your system do not have a link to "comparable sales" of similar property types, or comparable sales in the mapped location. We could add several hundred comparable sales, from our files, but see no way to upload that kind of information, but you surely have clients that can pull comparable sales data from other known sources. This would be of great help. There are many blanks... For example we did an appraisal job on industrial and retail in Fort Worth, and got nothing a few months ago. We had to go to Dallas or Austin, to find the sales we needed. Or in New Mexico, many if not most of your "sales" do not report the sales price. We need this information, and I think you could put another button where we could upload sales prices of properties as we find them, and help patch your system holes from time to time.

Pros

I like the history, images of the lots, photographs, legal description, tax information.

Cons

Often when I am attempting to find other similar sales or properties, I find it difficult to match them up and get a clear report. Often I ask for a property category, such as "retail" or "commercial office" and get a mixture of several other property types. For example on a "commercial office" search I got Day Care buildings, or for "Retail", got office or even industrial buildings. The categories need to be more specific and I would like you to add a spot where we can add categories. For example we had a Prison project, and I wanted to look at other prison sales or listings....there was no prison category. I could easily add several practical real estate property types to increase your scope and usefulness...but how to do it???? Can you put an easy "AD new category" button?

I love it overall and use it more than ever now. The software is easy to use, and straight to the point. The maps are unbelievable, though it is google, for some way they enhanced the images and maps. They have two different aerial views, one like google where you can see local businesses and the other just buildings. The small details count such as tenant information, maps, lots, aerial views, and i love the fact that finding taxes is the easiest compared to other services. I really enjoy this software especially for the price.

Pros

For the money this is a great software and has many features compared to Propertyshark or Co-Star. I really love the ownership information. Far superior to other software's. I love the tenants option and comps are exceptionally good with sales. Zoning information is good and tax information, and debt.

Cons

Some of the owner's information has incorrect e-mails. That is fine sometimes because i try to use other tools as well. Nonetheless, most phone numbers are correct. Sometimes it is a bit slow to update the sales of the property.

Overall expereince has been great. This is a much needed tool in a day to day business activities.

Pros

The easy to use and streamlined interface makes looking up public record and loan data a breeze. We also heavily use it to identity true owner data (who is the actual owner of the property) as well as contact info. Contact info provided is not perfect but a good starting point. We usually supplement skip tracing software once we know the identify of an owner.

Cons

\* Lack of features to collaborate as teams \* Lack of integration with our CRM \* Lack of residential or non-commercial property data. Sometimes I just want to click on a residential parcel and at minimum view data taht would be available on the property appraisers website

Reonomy is a great tool for commercial real estate, it greatly enhances our productivity. It is a must have, if you need property information.

Pros

Reonomy is easy to use with very minimal training to users. The pricing compared to similar products, was a major factor in our decision to purchase. The development group listens and interacts with users to add functionality.

Cons

There are some functionality gaps that increases time to retrieve data. Workarounds are there to fill in some of the missing functionality. Reporting and the filtering of data functionality is greatly needed.

We are very pleased to use Reonomy, and are happy to continue using it for good. We are on it every second of everyday.

Pros

I like how it is very user-friendly and it takes about 20 minutes to learn the whole program. I also like the data it provides as other companies do not give as much information.

Cons

Certain states that don't contain large cities, the ownership information is not always accurate. However, the Tri-state, Chicago, Florida, California etc all of that information is 100% Accurate.

Reonomy was cheaper and the most important information for us is the ownership information, not comps.

100% of my listings were sourced using Reonomy. Cold calling takes a lot of time and work and it's really not the most fun part of my business, but Reonomy makes it as bearable as possible and drives my firm's success.

Pros

UI is super sleek, intuitive, and information rich. Asset filters allow me to narrow down search results to my niche. Information is generally reliable. Customer support is very responsive and the developers are always looking for ways to improve the software.

Cons

That it is available to my competitors.

I have enjoyed my journey getting to know how to use Reonomy and look forward to new features.

Pros

What I like most about this software is it's ease of use in finding the business owner and the mailing address. I also like the fact that I can look up other businesses that are owned by the same business owner and see what their portfolio consists of. I also like being able to look up the lender information and the signatory.

Cons

1\. Smaller properties in smaller towns don't show up even though you put the right address in 2. Have to have an address , it would be nice if you could look up by current business name also 3. A lot of properties are labeled single family dwellings when you can see on the map that there are businesses on the property 4. It would be nice to have the addresses of the lenders also.

Pros

Reonomy is a game changer. It has been instrumental in changing my business for the better! It is easy to use and the data is accurate and comprehensive. They are constantly adding valuable new features and it is very user friendly.

Cons

More features needed for direct mail, its a great idea but needs more features. Any other kind of marketing help would be great

It has been helpful to have Reonomy to look up a new area and get information for a lot of properties all at once. The info is 80% of the time not accurate, but it does get the properties on a list for me and gets me one step closer to finding the owners. Perfect? Nope. But it is useful in my situation.

Pros

Reonomy is great for finding information on specific commercial properties. I really like the mailer option that they are beta testing right now. It's not perfect (still has some bugs) but it has serious potential!

Cons

For what you get, the price could/should be better. Should be more flexible on who can use it (I currently am the only user but I would like to be able to have my assistant use it as well--they can, for a price). A lot of the data is incorrect or missing, for owners, properties, etc. I have a real hard time actually getting to the owners with the contact info on Reonomy. I have to do a lot of extra work to get to a working phone number and email address. Also there are properties that I am aware of from knowing the area, that simply don't show up on Reonomy. That's frustrating as I pay a lot for this service and there's a lot missing.

Extremely solid. Everything I thought it would be & more. I can't suggest this platform enough. It's accelerated my data-basing process & allowed me to be more productive.

Pros

The ability to add custom labels to properties is extremely helpful in staying organized. Additionally, I love how you can search for other properties that an owner has extremely easy.

Cons

The cost and limited exports. I understand why this is the case, but it makes it difficult. I also wish there was a better way to contact everyone labeled a certain type of property. For example, if I label 100 properties multi-family, I wish I could press one button and email them all or mail them all a letter.

Your ability to give accurate information on Vacant Land is atrocious. I would say that it is 95% inaccurate. If your likelihood to sell tool says high then 100% of the time it has already been developed. I think you guys are very expensive but if it were not for the Vacant Land issue I would recommend your service , The vacant land aspect of your service is so inaccurate you should not even offer it. It annoys me so much that I may not renew my subscription and your personnel although very friendly give totally unacceptable answers for the vacant Land Issue'

I'm pleased, but it could be better. Sometimes the property selection feature is finnicky and that can be frustrating. I wish it compiled LLs up to the corporate level instead of just by entity. It'd be really helpful if I could pull all of Realty Income's holdings, for example.

Pros

I like that I can pull ownership and property level data ASAP, it makes me more efficient.

Cons

As it relates to retail, it's not as accurate and robust as I need it to be. I find myself often referring to the Whitepages or Nuwber to pull contact information and I shouldn't have to at the premium I'm paying. Plus, there needs to be a mobile app ASAP. Frankly, it's really surprising.

My overall experience with Reonomy has been excellent. I am glad I found this product.

Pros

The ease of use. Reonomy has been a one stop shop for me on retrieving ownership and getting in touch with those owners. The accuracy of the information has been 99% reliable.

Cons

The only thing missing that I can tell at this point is the abundance of info in smaller market. My business is in a tertiary marketplace and sometimes there are commercial properties that have no info. Just a matter of expanding the reonomy database.

I use Reonomy regularly to track down leads, and it has become an almost-daily tool in my prospecting arsenal. The interface is robust and easy to learn, and if you commit to the software, I can imagine building a much more effective workflow.

Pros

Reonomy is easy to use and functions much better than most prospecting software, with a dynamic mapping function and the ability to create multiple types of lists for tracking and following up on leads. Its foreclosure status API makes it a formidable tool.

Cons

Many of the phone numbers and emails don't work, and the cost is excessive.
